We are staying at the Holiday Inn Hotel at the Rocks just for one night pre-cruise, can't wait to see Ovation come into dock from the hotel. Not cheap but just a little cheaper than Rome $100@ pn for 4 adults sharing. Have fun.

My favourites are Santorini, the changing colours of the cliff with the white buildings and the zigzag road up. Sydney just has to be one of the most beautiful harbours with iconic landmarks, like the Harbour Bridge (coathanger) & the Opera House.

Bucket list - Venice & Alaska (although probably not a port)

Looking forward to going on Ovation of the Seas in November 2018, not sure if I'm a fan of extra large cruise ships, but if I don't go I'll never know!

We have just booked Civitavecchia Shuttle Express for £100 for 4 adults from Rome Hotel to Port & from the port to the airport for 25 June. Have only read good reviews.
