The catamaran was called Spellbound 2 or Too and our Captain was Ian. Such a great trip

I believe they were local, Sloths, monkeys, iguana, parrots etc.  Maybe they all aren't indigenous to the island but maybe to honduras?🤔

We booked Nachi Cocom through https://cozumelcruiseexcursions.com/ and we were refunded already. Luckily we booked a couple excursions with the same company in other ports and they offered credit or refund. I'll stick with them on the next cruise just in case

You can do a 1/2 day catamaran trip https://stthomascruiseexcursions.com/excursions/st-thomas-catamaran-tour/ We did the full day trip on this and its gorgeous. I  think they offer a sunset trip too and catamarans super stable so great for kids

we did the Wild On Roatan Tour https://roatancruiseexcursions.com/excursion/roatan-wild-on-wildlife-tour/ which is a wild life experience tour but no caged tigers, just local wildlife

we did this catamaran https://stmaartencruiseexcursions.com/excursions/st-maarten-catamaran-tour/ . Loved this trip. I think catamarans are more spacious and more stable. We were able to layout on the front area and suntan while sailing.  It was an awesome day with great snorkeling, barbecue and drinks

Yes we just did it a couple weeks ago and LOVED it. The Captain is a really nice guy named Ian and he has a little dog Ginger that my kids just loved. The Catamaran is immaculate and super roomy and comfortable. We had drinks all day, had options for beach and snorkeling stops.We saw turtles and lots of fish too. The captain barbecued yummy chicken and there were great sides, pastas and salad.  We will definitely do this again next time we visit St Maarten. We even sailing into the bay where you have the planes landing close to the beach, which was kind of cool. Maho beach?

yes you can take kids but there is a family pool and an adults only pool. So if you have kids you can have lounges on the beach or family pool, they gave us the option.
