So after being told we were close to clearing waitlist, now being told grossly overbooked?  :(

Paid in full like $4,000 which I thought was odd because how do they know what category they're paying for if they're waitlisted. My point is there's no way they close a wait list 50 days out from the cruise correct somebody's just not telling me the right information. I suspect the travel agent got a match and didn't respond and the waitlist was canceled because of no response to the match🤯

A friend trying to get on HAL Norse Legends May 20 said her Waitlist cancelled due to waitlist being closed out?!  Aren't we like 50+ days from sailing?🤯

What's even weirder ... tried to make a waitlist reservation myself today and they were going to allow me to. 

Can anyone even get a North American excursion desk agent? I have tried for days and only get off shore agents that do not actually know anything about excursions. I can read the website. Miss the old days when you could speak to an agent who has actually been there or has some knowedge of area. 

Holland has not been helpful or knowledgeable with Norway shore excursions. Looking for not to be missed for Ulvik, Bergen, Alesund and Geiranger.

Does anyone also know how to get a North American agent at Seattle Shore Excursion desk  rather than an off shore agent that is not knowledgeabe about shore excursions?
