  1. Hello, Can my wife and I since we both have our own myvegas points, can we both buy 750 off coupon since we would be sharing a room?
Also if one of us buys the 4,000,000 free cruise, can the other one of us buy the $750 off coupon and use it toward onboard credit for the same cruise?   thanks

  2. We got tired of waiting for the so called email. We called and booked it with the NCL casino dept. That is who is in control of the free my vegas cruises. Their number is (887)785-8259. Be prepared that the free cruise is not so free. They hit you up per person for a fee of 101.50 p.p.gratuities, 140.00 p.p. administration fees, 181.00 p.p. tax/port fees. Then if you want to use the "free at sea" offer it is 13.80 p.p. for the dinner upgrade or $277.00 for two people (must have both in cabin purchase) for the free drink pkg.   When we won the my vegas free cruise on Carnival, there were not any administration fees.

  3. We recently won a NCL cruise from the my vegas casino game. When we booked, they had a $280.00 administration fee to complete the reservation. I don't remember a fee when I won a Carnival cruise on my vegas. Did everyone get hit with that fee? When I pointed out that there wasn't any such fee when booking on their website, they said that it was built into the advertised price of each cruise.

  4. My wife and I recently booked a RC cruise. Before booking we called RC and asked to talk to the MyVegas director. He told us that because my wife and I had separate accounts, we could each purchase the 5% discount and also each purchase the $100 OBC. So we booked with TA. Well when the dust settled, RC would only give us each the $100 OBC. Unfortunatly I did not get the name of the RC myVegas guy that said we could use all four discounts. We ended up selling our 5% discounts back to MyVegas. It was a lot of hassle but at least we got the OBC's.

On another note, we finished our second free Carnival Pride cruise thru My Vegas last week. It was very fun and relaxing. On both of the free Carnival cruises, we had to pay gratuities and port fees. Around 225.00 for each of us per cruise. I hope this helps.

  5. Me too :) I was on the Pride for 7 days. No Grand Turk or Half Moon Cay. Rerouted to Charleston (yawn) and Nassau where I went to Atlantis and did the Dolphin Experience. It was a great day :D I also tried the drink program and almost maxed it out at 106! I never felt drunk though....weird...lol :P Carnival Staff are FANTASTIC and myVegas is AWESOME. I hope Carnival comes back as a reward (in 90 days :) ). What ship were you on?

I was on the Pride also that same week. I was the guy always in some line for food or ice cream. LOL. It was rough seas leaving Nassau wasn't it? I was glad to get back up in the Chesapeake bay.

  6. Ok I have question. Since MyVegas is being very slow listing any free cruise opportunities, My wife and I were thinking about buying a cruise thru MSC or Royal Carribean and using the $250 OBC. My question is... since both my wife and I have separate MyVegas accounts can we each purchase the $250 OBC for the same cruise?

  7. We just got back from a complimentary 7 night MyVegas Carnival cruise to the Caribbean. Our Ports were changed up because of the weather from hurricane Irma. But still nice. The only cost we had per person were optional balcony upgrade ($149), port fees ($50), and gratuities($90.) . All the long hours of playing MyVegas finally payed off. Sweeet.

  8. When using the complimentary cruise through MSC (MyVegas), it looks like we can add onto that by purchasing the onboard free credits. But not the 250.00 free onboard credits. Is that how you interpret it?

  9. What exactly are MyVegas onboard credits? Are these to be used for purchasing a cruise at a discount using the credits or are they used for purchasing items like drinks, tours, ship purchases, etc while sailing?....

  10. So if I purchase a cruise using MyVegas points and my wife and I go on a cruise, can she turn around and purchase a similar cruise a month later and take me? Or do we both have to wait the 180 days?

So many questions for this weary traveler ! Thanks
