We are blessed in having been on numerous HAL cruises and do not recall ever finding the CN closed/booked in its entirety for a private function. Many times one side or the other. Usually the port side. Maybe we are just lucky. Maybe we just didn't go on the booked days.

EVERY DAY AT SEA IS A GREAT DAY

We have done ONE cabin change. Never again. Will stay home before doing that again. Don't for one minute think that all you have to do is a little packing and a cabin attendant will take care of things. If you are not there to see that things get done correctly they probably won't be. Staying in a Neptune suite and five stars amounted to nothing.

My brother joined USMC Dec. 8th. Went in as a 90 day wonder, served in the South Pacific for 4+ years, lived through it to come out a major.

Was the bone in rib eye before they changed the meat vendor several years back. Just not nearly the same now. Now I go for the filet and again wish for the rib eye.
