We had to travel from up north so a 4 hour plus drive and we left early in case of roadworks,delays etc.. its good to get onboard early get unpacked and go and explore the ship

Hi there we had a superior deluxe cabin in June on Britannia c324 and found it to be in a great location, mid-forward so near the forward stairs and lifts. Cabins on A deck are below the lido deck and it overhangs the cabins below and if your not an early riser then you might be disturbed by people moving the sun beds around. Don't worry about boarding times, we had a boarding time of 15:30. But we arrived at 12:30 and were in our cabin by 13:15 and our luggage was already waiting for us.

I loved Britannia, it's a great ship

Try out The specialist restaurants The Epicurean the food is amazing as is Sindhu, the whole experience in both of these restaurants takes at least 2 hours and is well worth the extra cost. The Beach House is fantastic too, mouth watering ribs.

Just done a Britannia cruise and not everyone dresses up on black tie night, smart shirt and trousers are acceptable. My husband and I personally like to get dressed up but it's not for everyone :)

Just been on Britannia and our boarding time was 15:30 we arrived at 12:30 and where in our cabin,bags already waiting for us at 13:15 :)

We have just got off Britannia today and stayed in cabin C324, Superior Deluxe Cabin , 12th deck. We found it to be in a great position over all as close to the front stairs and lifts making getting around very easy. Plus the front stairs and lifts were never busy either.

On arrival we had champagne, chocolates and fruit waiting for us. It's great having a bath too I would defiantly say go for the middle cabins and stay away from A or B deck as they are under the lido which can be very noisy if you like to have a lay in.

Oh and as for rough seas we didn't really have any just a gently sway and didn't really feel it in the cabin, only on the lower decks forward and aft. Stay away from aft of the ship you get covered in ash it gets all over the sun beds, chairs, tables etc and marks your clothes :(

What did you think to Britannia as a whole , this cruise is a special one as we will be away for our 25th wedding anniversary and I was going to book a spa day, book into one of the restaurants etc.
