When are dining times assigned?

When the kids were little, I’d check out height requirements. On our first family cruise to the Bahamas, we took our 9 and 11 year olds to Atlantis and left younger siblings on the ship with grandparents because they were too short for most things. Bahamas Mar has a 42” requirement for the wave pool and lazy River, most of my kids would’ve been too short at 3.
Thank you! She’s probably close, but I think she’ll be more interested in the little slides

We did it in January just to check out the property. We got it on a 40% off sale through the cruise planner so it truly was a real good deal. As with most excursions in Nassau its getting to the transportation that sucks. Had to wait for everyone to sign waivers on the pier, walk 2 by 2 in a straight line from the furthest point on the dock to the street. Nightmare to say the least. Once there it was your typical water park, beach is alright but nothing to write home about. Drinks were absolutely ridiculously priced. Lunch was included but limited to a couple of chicken or hamburger kiosks. Everyone at the facility had a different colored wrist band to let you know your "status' and to let employees know where certain guests are supposed to be and not supposed to be.
Saying that my wife and I walked the whole property freely without anybody questioning us. We had a great glimpse of what the property offered and after seeing what you got for your money we are a one and done for Baha-Mar. If you can get the passes in the cruise planner while on sale it may be worth trying for yourself but we will not be returning even at the lower price. For the price and what you get the RIU day passes are much better in our opinion. Our go to place Sandals Royal Bahamian has jacked their day passes to 340.00 per person so thats out of the question for the short amount of time there. Margaritaville is average at best and was a one and one for us. Hope this helps. Dan
Super helpful!! Thank you. That’s why I was considering booking myself because of the transportation complaint. What is RIU? We have a 3 year old who would love the little slides at Baha bay which is why we’re considering it since our ship doesn’t go to coco cay

I don’t believe they go on sale. And you wouldn’t get it sooner? You just go to promenade and ask for it when you get on. They check who prepurchased and give it to you then. Yes dairy free milk is included. Just got off the wonder last week and iced coffee was automatically 2 punches

Anyone done this recently through RC? Debating between booking direct or through resort for a day.

Hi! We’re going to nassau this week and debating between the Baha mar water park and margaritaville resort. We’ll have a newly turned 3 year old with us. The slides at Baha mar look better for her age but it’s quite a bit pricier.

Hi! I’m platinum on carnival, but looking to take my daughter on her first cruise at the end of February for her 3rd birthday. She’ll technically be 2 at sailing.
Besides the obvious, do you lose anything doing only the 3 night? I really want to make sure we can dine in arrendelle

Been stuck in the room the past 2 days. Do they show the shows on the tvs in the room? Love and marriage is tonight and I really wanted to see it. I’m so upset I missed flick last night too.

If they swap the assignment then the non drinkers have to get cheers. So yes, I’d get an extra key.

Is there an onboard spa service you absolutely love and feel like it’s worth the money? I’m going on my first solo cruise and I’m wanting to do a spa service.

Do you have to ask for the free wine or do they automatically offer it?

How do you cancel it?

The whole point of Chef's Table is to be an adventurous diner. If you are picky, there will probably be a lot of things on the menu you won't care for.
I really just wanted to do it for the experience and to see everything, but I would hate to be rude by passing on some foods so I’ll pass 🙂 it just seemed really cool.

Is chefs table worth it if I’m a picky eater? I’m going solo on the liberty in 6 days.
-
Now I’m on the fence about Cheers. I’m going solo on a 4 day May 2nd and had decided it probably wouldn’t be worth it. If they raise drink prices now it might be worth it for me to prepay🤔

Can someone dumb it down for me please.. my cruise leaves on a Monday. I’ll be eligible for the booster but won’t have it. So I can’t do a rapid test or I can? And it has to be done Saturday right?

Hi everyone! My husband and I have been on plenty of cruises (I’m platinum), but we haven’t been since we had our daughter. She’ll be 2 next month and we’re looking at an April or may sailing. Is there plenty for her to do on there?

When we were on in July it was Russell Blues, I believe.
How is he?

Do post back if it was allowed. I am going on the Liberty at the end of the month and would love a side instead of an appetizer.
I will!

Has anyone asked if they could order a side dish as an appetizer? I'm not a fan of the appetizers, so I usually just order them for my husband, however it crossed my mind to ask if they could give me a side of potatoes or mac and cheese as an appetizer instead. I'll find out when we go next week, and obviously it isn't a big deal if they cant, I was just curious :)

Please and thank you. I keep hearing about a cruise director named Schwartz. I believe he may have been my cruise director on a truncated itinerary on the Vista. Thanks to Irma. If mymemory serves me he was OK during the 4 night cruise but on disembarkation day got snarky with his announcements. I was getting my last breakfast in when he said something like: "Time to leave the ship especially those taking advantage of a last meal.
We were on that Vista sailing as well! Yes he was the cruise director. We've cruised twice with him since and love him. Definitely one of our favorites.

If its a snorkeling excursion, then it will include those things. I bring my own masks though.

Can you bring individual coffee creamers?
