It took me a while, but I found a company capabale of doing wheelchair transport and tours in Antigua. We are going next week.

We decided to do a day pass to Starfish Jolly, but he is taking us there. My husband uses an electric wheelchair and cannot walk at all.

Great review!
Did you happen to save any of your Freestyle Dailies? I am a travel agent and have a group going later in the month and would love to be able to share with them if you would share.

Elation is getting balconies during the renovation. Should be done in October!

Thanks for the kind words. She is getting a little better each day. Today she said she has very little pain. We see an orthopedist on Monday.

The cost was $1500....but they voided all charges! The cynical part of me thinks this is because they wanted to avoid any liability. Medical insurance is not valid on international waters. However, if you have vacation protection it will cover it.

Yes, me too @bmetz34! But they did everything an emergency room would do here.

I would like to take a minute to brag on the Liberty's medical staff. My (just turned) 6 year old was very excited to take her first cruise this week. We had a fabulous cruise, then on the last night she was looking up at the lifeboats on deck 3 and fell over the ramp that enters the lobby...I went to help her up and noticed without a doubt that her arm was broken. I picked her up and ran in to guest services and asked them to get me a Doctor to medical. (I maybe screamed this and broke in line- to anyone traveling I'm sorry!)
They called the Dr and they met us there very quickly. They were very patient and took such tender care of my sweet girl. They talked us through everything they did and never did anything until she was ready. They had to administer anesthesia to try to reset the arm. They put a soft cast on and a splint. She had some vomiting so they kept us there and checked on her until the nausea subsided and made sure she was completely ok.
This was not how we wanted to end our cruise of course...we had to skip a planned day at Disney today, but I can't tell you how glad I am for the care they gave my sweet girl.
They gave us a copy of all of the notes and the X-rays on CD. Very thorough with us.
Thank you, medical staff!

I think you'll enjoy it! I have cruised in the winter and while the water is a little chilly, it's not unbearable. Bring a jacket for nights on sea days in case you hit a front or return to colder temps.

My husband and I just went and left our 5 year old at home with Grandparents for the first time. I put phone in airplane mode and purchased the social package through the hub for $5 the second day and the 4th day I used the wifi at the resort we did a day pass at so we could FaceTime. The other days we were "electronic leash free"

If you're spending the night at a hotel, find one with free Parking and call to see if you can leave your Car there. Then catch an Uber

Only the quarter machine (that someone mentioned above) which is my favorite. It's ridiculous actually bc you're not going to win big but I love that game! You can use dollars though.

That's excellent news! We just were on the Elation a few weeks ago and had a lot of fun and love how easy it is to cruise out of Jax (3 hr drive for us, easy parking and embarkation) but it really does need updating.

We were just in Boston at Christmas and found transportation to be easy. If I'm not mistaken there is a Westin near there and I've never stayed in a bad Westin. We stayed at the Courtyard downtown because we used points. It's not close to the cruiseport, but it was an ok hotel. We were there for 4 days and just used our feet and public transportation to get around. If you're going to stay there 2 days, get the Boston GoPass and have fun! We did that and actually used the trolley tour a few times to get us places since it's hop on and hop off.

$77 on that link now. I'd pay that though. Especially if you want drinks and food
