No I believe it was Thursday. Is it possible that different things go on sale at different times depending on when your sailing date is? I sell pretty quick, on October 27.
Highly possible, it still says $61 today on mine but I don't sail for 78 days.

I just got the drink package for $49 and the drink + voom package for my hubby for $58. I had to call to order two slightly different packages rather than using the internet. I thought that was a pretty good deal. My sailing is Oct 27.
Wow that's a good price! I just looked and the RCCL page says $61 pp.

I prefer Philippine food over Indian, I can't take spicy hot food well. They won't change it anytime soon because there are a lot of Indian people onboard usually.
-
Ditch the Indian food, I want Philippine food.

Does anyone know who is serving currently as CD on Pearl? Also, any info on entertainment shows at night!
Thanks!
His first name is Ferdie, I don't remember the last name.

On all the Norwegian cruises we've been on they have asked us if we wanted to "share". Just say no and you'll be seated for two or how ever many is in your group.

I'd like to know where I can find a quiet place to read on sea days but still be near a bar for my beer or scotch. Maybe the observation lounge or whatever it is now called? I don't mind jazz or classical music but not loud rock. I realize there may be a lot of noise from people talking nearby, or shudder kids playing videos without earphones.
The Spinnaker lounge during the day is quiet. The bar isn't always open though so you need to check the day sheet. You could always bring a drink from another bar like Champs.

We have one booked for October 2019. That's the furthest out we've booked one so far. Never earlier than two months out yet.
-
We drink the tap water onboard. We both drank from garden hoses when we were young and are still alive.
-
So am I correct in reading that you are not allowed to bring bottled water on board anymore? I was recently on Royal and they didn't seem to have any issue with it. I can understand alcohol but water?
To many people switching water out for Vodka to sneak onboard. Buy the UBP package and skip the water.

Hope you got your pin! I need a POA hull art pin too if anyone was lucky enough to get an extra.

There is a bar on the lower level of the main atrium just outside one of the MDR's. Sorry, can't remember the name but its a great place to people watch and listen to music while you wait on your table for dinner. We found the bar service to be great as well.

The "Atrium Cafe and Bar" is what it's called.

Hi, we have a friend that may have an extra Epic hull art pin. I'll get ahold her and get back to you.

I have a Star pin, rectangular, that I would trade for NCL cabin door key cards if you have saved any. Interested?

Thank you but I'm looking for the Hull Design Star pin.

Looking for a Star pin. I have an Escape and Sun pin to trade.

Just scheduled with Norwegian Sun for June 8, Inside "guarantee" cabin. Slightly apprehensive. I normally sail on Holland America...and, never had an inside room. I hope we made a good decision. This was an impromptu trip with a friend. Wish me luck...lol.
The inside on the Sun are larger than most imo. It was like a travel trailer with a slide out if that makes sense. We were on the 18 day Panama Canal transition cruise and the inside was comfortable.

I am loving everything but this——way too much black....
Thank you so much for posting. I can’t wait until we are on her in September!!
Very black but the old furniture was a dark maroon cloth. It was pretty gross, they changed it out while we were onboard.

I enjoyed the pizza and pasta station in Il Adagio on Sky and it sounds like Sun has something similar in Moderno. Does anyone know if they can make gluten free pizza or pasta?
They did have gluten free pizza when we were onboard in May this year.

We're booked on the Sun for the September Cuba cruise. We personally enjoy the smaller ships. The Getaway was okay, just make sure to book anything you want to do such as specialty dining, comedy club etc far in advance. Your looking at thousands more people and events fill fast.

On NCL when in port you have to pay taxes on drinks but can still use the UBP.
-
UBP package is $89 a day for each person in the cabin. If one person in your cabin gets the UBP everyone has to purchase it. That's steep but not bad if it's a perk. We chose the UBP as a perk and are paying around $14 a day.

lol. We did Disney as our first cruise a few years ago, only because we got a fantastic last-minute rate. Something like $2,500 for 4 of us in an Oceanview. I've never been able to get it under $5,000 since. I found Disney slightly better than NCL, RCCL, and Carnival, but not so much so that its worth 50%-100% more money.
I meant Disney on land lol. She said don't gamble which some of us enjoy as entertainment. Some spend there money on other things like amusement parks and come home with the same loss IMO.

Maybe it's just a device to show you were at the muster drill without having your card scanned? Similar to this http://www.s3-id.com/emuster.html
