  1. And no Lobster in September, too! However, Bayamo has a great Lobster dish. The Officer we met at the Meet & Greet who is in charge of Bayamo made a point of letting us know it was the only restaurant on the ship with a Lobster dish.

Something to consider. Le Bistro had a great one. At least one place should have it as al la Carte at least. Bayamo is a great place to eat.

  2. We booked 90 days out on the Escape when it opened and lots were full. I would look at the ship schedule for port nights verses show nights and book ahead if possible. Especially Cagney's. Same for shows, they fill up. I have photos of many Menus of the speciality dining off the Escape if your interested, just got off of the ship 2 weeks ago.

  3. We stood across the street from the terminal letter where the address is . It is sort of a taxi lane. Give the driver a call as he approaches and describe bags and shirt colors if it is busy. I never knew a proper location if there was one but we had no problem.

  4. At the top lists the Post Name "tips for new cruisers". Notice each post has a number top left in dark blue , mine is number 7. A good way is to jot down postings or just post in the word "following" for tracking. Going forward , of course...

  5. Sorry to hear about your claustrophobia. You can go on a smaller ship, some have less than 100. You can get a balcony room. You can always get fresh air alone sitting outside. You can sleep with the balcony door open some. Most have room service. You can visit the buffet at odd times and find less crowds and move around people. The back tends to be way less crowded. There are always a quiet corner on a ship. Backs of shows are less crowded. Not everyone shows up for muster drills. Join the spa, they tend to be more quiet. The Haven rooms on the Norwegian Escape can be completely private, butler service even. You board privately in a much smaller group, private dining rooms. And ultimately you can do it.. Research the Haven rooms online and in YouTube. Might be more ideal. Some meds help as well. And ultimately you can do it!
