I was on the Southward and we went to Catalina Island , San Diego and Encenada. It was my 2nd cruise, but the first on NCL. Swore I’d never do another NCL again and didn’t until this past July. Can’t say that I would do another in the very near future. I’ve been on 20+ cruises. Everyone is entitled to there own opinions.

I think it’s called horseshoe bay beach. It was very nice when we were there. Need a taxi though. You can rent umbrellas and chairs.

Been on 9 princess Ships including the Love Boat. Going on number 10 in 10 days TA. Seasickness is a thing of the past. Friends always asked why cruise if you get sick. It's because I love being on a ship and exploring new place. There is a lot to do on the ships and your never bored. All,in all have done about 24 cruises since 1985. Some cruise lines will never see me again as others will. Always take that second cruise. You might have a change of opinion for the better.

My first cruise was on the Carnival Madri Gras, 5 nites to Freeport and Bahamas. Very interesting, first nite never saw the MDR. Was seasick for Bout 3 hrs, but was better later and went to midnight buffet. Loved everything they had. My second cruise was on an NCL out of San Pedro for 5 nights also. Went to Catalina Island, San Diego and Ensenada. Got down to MDR and opened the menu...closed it and went back to my cabin seasick again.

You can do lighthouse, butterfly world, donkey sanctuary, rock formation, natural bridge, gold mine, or just take a taxi around the island door an hour. When you get back go across the street to Iguana Joes for some drinks (it's upstairs) sit outside and people watch. Shopping is all around that area or you could go uptown and do the same.

Started going to,Aruba in 1986. Never took any shots. Drinking water is very good. Last time I was there was end of Oct for 3 weeks after Hurricane Matthew hit.

The caribe deck balconys are larger. I am doing a TA in Nov. 2018 on the crown and have a premium balcony. This is also a matter of what is best for you. If you do decide to sit out there you might want more space. If you plan not to sit out there you don't need the space and save the money. But it really should be your decision. I myself like them.

Did you go to the donkey sanctuary. The donkeys run wild and you can feed them carrots. When I went it was free to go in and it cost $1.00 for the carrots, but not sure how many you got. It was a lot of fun. We were all adults with no children or grandchildren with us. I'm glad your daughter had a great time at the sites you visited. I've been going to Aruba for over 30 years and love what they have done so kids can enjoy sightseeing.

Pressed wrong button. To continue and his window was broken and couldn't use it again. So the next time he came he got the small one and you don't have to stick it up on the window. All you have to do is put it in corner of window and when you don't need it store it in glove compartment. SP will switch any remaining money from sticker to this one for sure.

I think the minimum for a SP is $25 and it never expires, but you can ask them at the rest area.

The Carnival Madri Gras was my first cruise in 1986. She holds a special place in my heart. But my favorite cruise was the Pacific Princess to Bermuda (the love boat).
