We are on POA next month for the 11 day land/sea cruise. A visit to the culture center is included as a part of the tour. However the luau and show is not included. I was told there is a number to call and purchase this part. However they don't seem to understand what I am trying to say when I call the culture center. Does anyone have such a number or have I been misinformed? I tried to book online but just the luau and AH show is not an option. Also can anyone recommend a Half way to Hana tour? Thanks!!

Last year we were on the Sunshine for Christmas. I honestly think over half the ship had on Christmas jammies all day, my family included. To be honest, it was fun seeing families enjoy the day.

Thinking about Alaska next year. For those that have sailed on both, will you please give me your thoughts? Pros/cons etc. Thanks!

Never sailed Norwegian before and we are doing POA. Will you please tell me about the dress code for dining? TIA

Not sure what I am doing wrong but it won't do my selfie. Will they let me check in with the usual paperwork?

Sorry for so many questions but I haven't cruised since Covid. 😔 So, does platinum luggage still arrive to your cabin early? TIA

It's already in the system. Just order a drink in the casino when playing.
If you have DOU anywhere, go to any bar. It's just like Cheers.
Thank you😊

If you have this promotion what do you have to do to "activate" it. First time having it. Thanks

Not sure what or where you are sailing, but we just sailed Radiance last week. Yes, even though doors to cabins will say 1:30, was no problem at all for us to take carryons to cabin store under bed or closet and leave,
.Since we were on at 11:20 cabin sign n sail cards were not outside cabin yet, but doors to cabins were open. So we stowed luggage, ate and came back and then cards were in envelope in hallway outside door and went and did muster drill.
Power strip or block ok as no surge protector on it. I never needed ours as Radiance had two outlets and two usb ports.
- changes currently get your free two 500ml spring water from bars, the cabin one is on a different accounting system. Pixels photo area will have free gift and ship vip pin.
- Bring a hairdryer if longer hair mine is below shoulders and while powerful enough, myhair got sucked into back of dryer a bit! Also Radiance “minibar” is NOT a refrigerator. Bring a cooler. I posted more on it in live from Ensenada Feb 28 thread.
Thank you so much!

It has been a couple years since I cruised so not sure what all covid has changed. Are rooms still available for platinum to drop their things as soon as they board or do you have to wait until 1:30 now. Also, please remind me what type power strip is allowed. Will be sooo good to be on a ship again!

Thanks everyone!

I have not cruised since covid hit so I need some help, please.😁
I know you have boarding times/zones, but is there still priority boarding and how does it work now?
Are cabins till ready at boarding for priority passengers?
With drinks on us in the casino is that for you and your guest or only to the person who received the offer?
Anything else I need to be caught up on?
Thanks for any help you can provide😊

The drinks on us in the casino, is it for both passengers or just the one who received the email? Thanks!

Is it $300 per child (ie $150 per test)? I interpreted it as the $150 would cover all.
oh ok. I guess I misunderstood. I thought it was $150 per test x 2 $300 plus you have to bring one with you that has been done in the last 72 hrs.

I called yesterday because I just needed some advice from the "professional". 🙂 This is what our discussion boils down to. We are 3 families to sail in October on the Sensation with a total of five kiddos. She said out of the 5 she would say 2 will get exemptions. Our final payment is also coming up. So our options are, move to another date next year or wait until we get the official letter about the vaccinations and cancel for a refund. We already have a cruise booked for next December and she said the funds could also be moved to that cruise. So, we will move the money to Dec 2022 cruise. Very disappointed but understand the whys and why nots from a business point of view completely.
Also did not want to put the kids through getting swabbed 3 times just to get to go on vacation with an added expense of that pleasant experience of $300 for each child. Looks like fall break will be spent at the beach. 😊

Has anyone been denied or granted exemptions for toddlers? I heard they were not allowing tots. Thanks

Loved going thru and taking pictures. A true work of art.

Cruisemom2..if you are going to book 8 cabins or more contact Carnival group sales. I think you will find something there to your liking. 🙂

Curious as to what the % is for kids under 12. Trying to do the math in hopes my 4yr old MAY be allowed to go w negative covid test as part of the 5%. Guess I'm grasping at straws.
I am right there with you! ☺️

Hoping the ones (me) that have a cruise booked with kids under 12 they will allow those kids to make up the 5% of the unvaccinated. Which would make sense because those cabins are already sold. If they (me) have to cancel then they have to sell those cabins all over again. I am not talking about cruises next year, the ones coming up in the next few months till the end of the year.

Do you mind telling me who you rented your golf cart with? I have emailed a few and I can't get anyone to reply back to me.

Thank you for your replies. The PCC gave me a number to call that books the luau and show for POA passengers and includes ride back to hotel. Problem is I can't get the lady to answer the phone. I have left I don't know how many messages and have been calling every day. Guess I will call PCC and see if there are any other options.
