  1. Does Disney offer a soda package? I know that it is included at the beverage stations at in the dining room, but my husband won't want to have to run to the beverage station every time he wants a soda.

No drink package like pp stated. It is coke products at the drink station and you can bring a refillable cup or water bottle and fill that using a small disposable cup at the stations. The other option if there is a specific soda he enjoys, is to carry on some cans or bottles with you. They would have to be in your carry on though, so you'd have to schlep them around until your room is ready. I always bring a Tervis or an old park cup to keep with me.

  2. Book yourself in one room and your husband in the other room (since you are the return cruisers) That way they will get a castaway club gift in the other room as well and you will have the ability to book everyone at the same time. They don't care where everyone sleeps and if you get joining rooms just leave the door in the middle open.(or if you can switch keys around like PP said do that!) Both the parents will be on the cruise so you don't have to worry about special paperwork. Have fun!

We took our inlaws and put one kid in their room and one in ours since our kids had cruised before, that way the inlaws got the castaway gift in their room too!

  3. We have never booked anything through the ship, but have went to Cabbage Beach via taxi and just walked around as well. This time around I think we are going to check out Junkanoo beach since its walking distance. That way we can see something new, and if we hate it we can get back to the ship in plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day.

  4. So you only have to buy the mug once and you can keep bringing it back? Cool!! How much is the initial drink and mug? Also the 6 pk of Beer that you can bring on board is it per person or per cabin?

The mug is $14.95 plus tax, then whatever the cost of the beer of your choice is. It's been a few years but I think the beers range from about $6-$9 including tax and tip.

  5. My entire crew enjoys the Fish Extender exchanges (my kids will be 12&14 on this cruise). We've done them on 3 of our 4 past cruises and plan on doing it on this one. It's a fun way to explore the ship and has never taken up that much extra space in the luggage. Its fun to come back to the room and find goodies as well. As for decorating the doors, why not! I don't invest a whole lot of time or money into it, but its fun. To each their own.

  6. Our kids were 3 and 5 on our first cruise and they had SO much fun. Our kids were always good about being dropped off and we even had late dinner on our first cruise as well, and it really was just a lot of fun for all of us. Probably the best of the 4 we've done so far. It was truly magical for both of them. My kids will be 12 and 14 on our upcoming cruise.....
