Now all seems to be OK on the MSC site, but i am not able to delete the post.

Does anyone know about changes? We are booked 17.03.-31.03. from Guadeloupe but actually you cannot book these cruises next year. Always a mistake shown and you have to call MSC. 

🤔, MSC does not clean the balconys on starboard? Hard to believe.

I try to reactivate the question, is there anyone who knows about this?

Is the Alamo Shuttle from MIA Airport to the Cruise Port still available?

We received our E-Tickets and have the embarkation time 2pm. Do they check the time or is it possible to arrive at the port for example at 11am?

We did it several times that way even without playing any round. It was always non refundable OBC.  

Has anyone experiences with the visum included in the flight package from MSC? You have to register with your vaccination certificate at least 72 hours before arrival in Saudi Arabia, but you need the number of the visum. How do you receive this number from MSC?

Yacht Club is surely nice but after a couple of days absolutely boring.

Just back from MSC Seaside, and indeed, the only possibility to remove or adjust the service charge is if you booked in the german market.  I do not know if this is possible if you are not a german and booked in the german market. We are from Germany and had to discuss the topic each week of our B2B cruise.

We just booked 2x 7 nights MSC Splendida in Germany. It was almost 1000 EUR cheaper than 14 nights and 0 EUR for our two boys. 27.03.21 + 03.04.21. 

Voyagers Club 5% und 10% Belissima virtual tour discount. All together for our family of four 4500EUR Aurea-Balcony. 3879 for two weeks YC seems perfect...or is it for one person?

For me it is OK now, in the original Email are mentioned my booking numbers. I will print the conversation and will take it with me.

Wir möchten Sie informieren, dass das Trinkgeld auf den MSC Schiffen keine Pflicht ist. Das Trinkgeld wird in der empfohlenen Höhe, unterschiedlich je nach Route, automatisch auf die Bordrechnung gesetzt und abgebucht, sofern dies nicht im Vorhinein beansprucht wird. Dieser Vermerk kann erst an Bord gesetzt werden und wir empfehlen, dies gleich am Anfang der Reise bei der Rezeption an Bord zu erledigen. Sie können dort nicht nur das Trinkgeld stornieren lassen, sondern es auch verringern. Wenn Sie das Trinkgeld stornieren haben lassen, steht es Ihnen natürlich auch frei direkt an bestimmte Personen noch etwas zu geben.

We changed to Costa Cruise for the summer. In Germany they have very good offers till 28.02.2019 for lots of cruises. 

In Germany there will be no change, there is a judgement from BGH that the final price has to be fix. 

But for sure, we will be cruising for the last time with MSC in April 2019, because we dont like all these tricky changes (Aurea Package) without Information. We are glad that our booking will honor the old package, but we hate all this neccesary conversation with MSC.

Great review! We also had wonderful service from Eldan in the Seashore for two weeks in july. It was the best service we ever had.

We also booked yesterday an aft suite on deck 12 as a family of four for the 04/06/19-04/20/19 14-days cruise. It was only possible with the german mobile version of the msc page, so my TA had to check it directly with MSC.

We had to order the vouchers with the TA.

We had the same problem with the drinks package (Aurea-Package) and there were several other guests with the same problem.

The handling of this from the Guest Service was very disappointing and therefore we had a rather bad start into the cruise. We also cruised 4/15/2017 - 4/22/2017.

If you book Aurea balcony on Seaside you can choose between one of the upper decks, or you take deck 9, with a balcony that is twice as big.

I think a balcony twice as big seems better for me than one of the upper decks, so we have chosen deck 9 for the moment.
