We're cruising right before the CrashB sprints season next year. Would hate to lose any speed I manage to pick up before cruising.

If you misbehave they cut a hole in the side of the ship and give you an oar. That may meet your needs.

I think the hotel prices in Manhattan is irrelevant, as the question is about the transport from Manhattan.

The date is either July 6 or 20. We are flying in from Europe, and plan on spending some time in Manhattan either before or after the cruise.

We (2) are planning on going with the Anthem from Cape Liberty in July, and will most likely fly to JFK and stay at a hotel in Manhattan a couple of days prior. What will be the easiest, quickest, and best transport from there to the port? Or will it be better to fly to Newark, and/or find a nearby hotel?
