Last October, the Vista had Sam Adams Just the Haze.

I get it and I'm in a similar situation. I was on the Vista last month and the service was lacking, especially bar service. Staff that was present seemed stressed and near their breaking point. I'm so close to Platinum, but am really considering trying Royal for next cruise.

I don't remember how many cabins Vista has but they had to have spent at least $50-$100K in OBC ship-wide to keep everyone happy.

We're currently sailing on the Vista and we haven't had any hot water since this morning (Port Day in Montego Bay, Jamaica). The hot water went out somewhere around 10:30AM and as of 10:22PM the issue still hasn't been fixed.

 

There was an announcement earlier this evening about the hot water being fixed but NOPE. Still no hot water in our cabin. We went to guest services to ask about it and they confirmed that the hot water is indeed still out ship-wide.

 

It's not the end of the world but dang, it's pretty frustrating. Just thought you all should know.

Did this get fixed?

The Vista can't go very far, because it's already afflicted. I bet it'll make a long and slow journey to Cozumel if that current wave forms into anything, impacting it's route.

I believe the Texas ships got rid of Embarkation Day Happy Hour.

I stayed at the Canopy by Hilton in the French Quarter last month. Was a nice place, but parking was $45 and valet only. 

Glad you enjoyed the Breeze. I agree with you ob Progresso. I was there last month and thoroughly enjoyed walking the streets there. Way cheaper beer and food than Cozumel.
