Does anyone know if any of the pools on Empress Princess have non-ladder type steps that you have a handrail to walk in?

Next year we are cruising from Athens to Barcelona, thinking about adding Poland before cruise for 3 days -includes fly in and fly out days I know it is not much time. Cruise starts on Saturday so was thinking about flying from JFK to Athens, then flying out from Athens to Poland possibly Krakow, want to include Concentration Camp and see the Salt Mines in Wielczka.

What would be the best airport to fly into money and time-wise before my cruise? Then fly R/T to Poland, is there a better choice I can use with Princess EZ Air to make it feasible and economical?

Where should we think of staying in Poland? I don’t think EZ Air flies directly into Poland.

Can anyone tell me the deals on HAL to book new cruisers? I know the deals on a Princess having been on 2 cruisers, does HAL have one where the tips are paid and they give sone OBC?

Hi all, I have just started cruising 2 year’s ago, met people on Princess and they said I probably would enjoy HAL better.

I found that in sea days or if you come back early from your excursion that there is absolutely nothing to do but trivia. What does HAL offer that is different from Princess?

I know food is subjective but do you think HAL ‘s food is the same quality or better is you have recently done both?

Does anyone have a sample daily activity sheet from HAL or do you know where I can see one?

Is there a website to find out how many ships will be at the port the same time as mine? I am specifically looking for Mediterranean? Barcelona, Gibraltar, Marseille, Genoa, Florence/Pisa and Rome. Also a weather website for temps, etc.?

Thanks for the response, is there an anyone else that was on the Crown Barcelona to Rome, that took them home and have them? I have mine still from an Alaskan Cruise we did last year we are leaving the last week in August so maybe I will be lucky in the next 30 days, thank you in advance if you can help

I do not drink specialty coffee’s, but do drink brewed coffee. How much is it to just purchase a brewed cup of coffee? From reading the boards, just found out that the coffee in the buffet is not really brewed, just re-heated. Not that I knew the difference on my Alaskan cruise last year, but now that I know, I don’t want it. Would they fill a coffee mug about 20 ounces or just their mugs?
