I would choose the late assigned seating. You will have the same servers and table mates which gives you the chance to get to know others. The select seating does have a share option but if no one else comes in around the same time wanting to share you will be sitting by yourself and will almost always have different servers every night. It seems to me that the select seating area has a lot more small tables (2-6 seats) and the assigned seating has the larger tables( 6-10 people). I've met great people both ways but would choose assigned seating over select dining.

Is Chant still doing walking tours in Fredericksted? I'll be there this Sun and was hoping to do a tour but have gotten no reply to my email and the phone numbers listed on the website are not in service.

If not the walking tour any other suggestions for what to do in fredericksted?
