We took the submarine excursion in Cozumel 2 years ago - our boys were 11 and 6 at the time and we loved it. It goes over 100 feet down. Something unique that not many people can say they have done.

Looking for a good seafood spot in KW to eat at when there for our cruise on Nov. Some place casual that has good fish. If anyone knows a place that has flounder that would be ideal. Thanks,
-
Decided on the trolley tour since we can get some info and history on KW while riding. Also have read a lot of comments about how there isn't much parking available. Thanks for the input.

i still see none of your attachments but i can see every other post with attachments

yeah we are mobile. never been there though. we are ok with walking but i don't want to spend half our available time getting from place to place on foot when we could be on the trolley or in an electric cart.
i see the pros of the trolley as getting some info and history from the guide as we drive around. pro of the cart would be we could go where we want and not just where the trolley goes.

We will be in Key Westfor one of our cruise stops in Nov 2017 and we currently have the Old Town Trolley excursion booked to see the sights but I was reading some posts about renting an electric cart. Thoughts? Pros/Cons of either?
Thanks,

My cruise is fully paid for and I have completed everything in the online check in process. There is a link to select boarding times when you go through the FAQs but it doesn't' take you anywhere where you can actually select a boarding time. I am in a suite if that matters. Do they check in earlier than the rest?
-
I have finished checking on online for our 11/18 cruise and the FAQs tell me I have to log in a select a boarding time but the links just take you in circles. There is no place online to choose a boarding time. How do I do this?

is it the Guy Fieri BBQ place or something else? we go out on the freedom on 11/18 so i was looking at the carnival website and it doesn't' list a bbq place on the freedom
I think I found my own answer. Looks like it isn't Guy's BBQ place according to some other posts. Anyone have pics of the place of pics of the menu?

Vodka Grapefruit
Vodka Sprite
Rum and Ginger Ale
Rum and Coke
thanks for the ideas. no on the cranberry and grapefruit and rum/coke. don't want vodka / oj either.
i've never had ginger ale - its kind like sprite correct? rum and ginger ale may be doable. i like citrus flavors.

We are cruising on 11/18 and I'm looking for drink ideas using only the stuff you can order ahead of time and have delivered to your room. The wife and I don't drink enough to warrant the Cheers program but it would be nice to have a drink on the balcony at night. I like whiskey but not with cola, wife likes rum and cola. Crown and 7up or Sprite would work for me but not that wife as she doesn't like whiskey. What are some drink ideas with Rum or Vodka using the mixers I can buy and have delivered to my room? Not looking to carry anything on board.
Thanks

I have only cruised once and we are going again in Nov. First cruise was on the Triumph and we had a regular balcony room, in Nov we have a suite. I personally wouldn't go on a cruise without a balcony room. I like being on it at night or in the morning. The kids like standing out there with binoculars and looking at passing ships. Its relaxing. Its worth the extra money in my opinion.

We are cruising Nov 18th and I want to make a reservation for the steakhouse for a night when dress is casual. When making the reservation is doesn't tell you which nights are casual and which nights are elegant. How can I verify that?

I have a Citibank card. Just logged into my acct to look at card benefits and didn't see anything about Citi Easy Deals or gift cards. I did however notice that my card has trip insurance included. Might be able to drop my Carnival insurance that I purchased if its comparable and if Carnival's is refundable.

I have a cruise booked with Carnival for Nov 2017. I bought the trip insurance through Carnival. While looking at my credit card benefits I noticed that it includes up to $3000.00 trip insurance per person which more than covers my costs. Anyone know how credit card coverage compares to the insurance I bought through Carnival?

sleeping 4 to me means 2 in the bed and 2 elsewhere, not 3 in the bed and one on a sofa. if that is the case then technically the cabin can sleep 7 as i'm sure we could squeeze 5 ppl in the bed and 2 on the sofa.

I am cruising on the Freedom on 11/18/17. I originally booked a regular balcony room as that was the type of room we had on the Triumph on our last cruise and it was fine. Slept 4 - wife and I in the bed, one son on the couch and one on the bed that pulls down from the wall. I decided to upgrade to a suite this time and changed my room to an Ocean Suite. It says it sleeps 4 on Carnival's website but when I look at pics of the room all I see is the bed and a sofa. I have looked at a lot of pics and some You Tube vidoes of the Ocean Suite and I don't see a bed that pulls down from the wall. I called Carnival and they said it has one despite me not being able to find any pics verifying it. Anyone have experience in the Ocean Suite on the Freedom and can verify? Thanks,
