I would love to hear about your port day in Barbados!  We are booked to snorkel with turtles next Monday.  Are you able to visit any of the shops?

Love your post!  We are on the July 10 sailing.   We have a Sky Suite as well.  Are you using the pool deck or Retreat area?  How is Luminae?  Hope you had a fun port day!

We will be in Tortola for a day week of July 10 for just a day on the Celebrity Summit.  Wondering if anyone is offering/taking private tours yet?  Would you recommend sticking with ship excursions for now?

We sail on the summit July 10th.  I didn't see the Beach Hop tour!  Can you tell more about it?  I may call and ask.  We don't usually do ship tours either, but making the best of what is available!

Does anyone have information on issues with the Summit?  We are booked to sail out of St. Maartan in July.

We are scheduled for the same itinerary (Tortola and St. Kitts) July 10.  Shore excursions are my biggest anxiety!  Please share what you learn for your cruise ports!

Our booking never showed as cancelled.  It definitely got wonky - couldn't access links, etc.  I just kept checking.  When it made the switch of ships and ports earlier this week we had a new cabin as well.  Still a Sky Suite, just not the same category/location.

Good luck to all!   I am all about upgrading when you have the opportunity.  Celebrity should be ensuring no one has a lesser cabin!

After a 40 minute phone call, we are back in 6146.  I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

We just were able to see the changes to our reservation posted on the Celebrity site.  We are in the same category, but not the same room.  We chose our Sky Suite specifically for location and bathroom layout.  We are moved from 6146 to 6130.  6130 is right by the elevators with an obstructed view.  I am currently on hold with Celebrity after being told someone else had booked our suite on this sailing before us?  Makes no sense!  If you haven't called to confirm your cabin, my advice is do not wait!

My political feelings about DeSantis aside, I am a native Floridian who would like access to spaces with vaccinated folks only.  You can choose to not be vaccinated, but that choice increases the risk you spread COVID.  That risk is one I prefer to avoid.  If a cruise ship has an outbreak, it impacts everyone trip, not just the unvaccinated.  It also opens the possibility of quarantines, etc.  No one wants any of that. What happened to free market options??

We are booked in SS 6246 for July 10 on the Summit - it was the Millennium until 4 days ago.  Would love to have input from anyone on the current Millennium sales or other insights regarding staff and Retreat on any of these sister ships.  Thanks for sharing all of your experiences!

Thanks, blue_water and jaga04!  We are definitely leaning towards VG and the Baths.    Chez Bamboo looks lovely!  I have emailed Gary at Kuralu, I will check in with Ocean Magic as well.  We are okay with taxis and public ferries, etc. as well.  Our ship roll call is still pretty quiet, not sure about booking last minute given the current conditions! 

The trip advisor link you shared is super helpful!  Cane Garden Bay looks like a great afternoon option.  Really hoping everyone stays well and we are able to leave the ship on our own!  Thanks so much for all of your expertise!

We are in port from 8-6.  I believe we are the only ship in port and we are supposed to be at 40% occupancy...

Thank you!  My husband makes the point that this may be our opportunity to go to the Baths without a big crowd.   Wondering if there is a beach with a beautiful beach and fun bar closer to the Baths or if Soggy Dollar really worth the extra time??

We are on the Celebrity Millenium and in Tortola on July 12.  Is there a tour company that can help us do the Bathes in the morning and have some time at Soggy Dollar in the afternoon?  If not, what is a good compromise?  Thanks so much!! 

We sail the same itinerary in March.  It will be our first time on Reflection.  We sailed the Silhouette a few years ago.  We are not huge night life people, but found Silent Disco to be big fun.  I wondered if it is a thing on Reflection??   If you have a chance, would love to know if/how it happens during your trip.  Wishing you a wonderful sea day!
