  1. Are you able to still download funds to slots and charge your room with Medallion? Also, cash out at Casino? In other words, has anything changed at Casino with implementation of Medallion over standard cruise card?

    Thank you!

  2. Does anyone know when purchasing regular brewed coffee in IC either by punch or just paying with cruise card are you allowed a refill while sitting in IC?  Last time on Regal very difficult to receive table service of sny kind. Just wondering others experiences.

  3. Yes

I booked a 14 day cruise on Regal rather than B2B 7 days and I’m elite. Are you saying I’ll receive 2 bar set ups? That would be a pleasant surprise. If yes, are you basing on past experience or is it documented in loyalty program?

    Thank You!

  4. So good to hear! We were delayed getting in this morning and I was wondering what impact it would have on the next cruise. Glad the answer turned out to be none. Have a fantastic time on the Regal. We miss her already.

What time did you get in? Have an early flight in Feb. and curious how late was late.

  5. A very special thank you to Gatormomma. That extension did the trick.

The rep. started the same story about TA calling and I said been down this road already and would appreciate this be taken care of.

Pledged my loyalty to Princess 🙂, and after a small wait we are receiving our OBC. He sent info to our TA and she will be passing it along to us.

Very pleased with outcome. Now bring on our cruise.

Did it post on your cruise personalizer? I called my TA and got the OBC but Princess told TA it won’t show on personalizer since it is only related to this specific cruise. But I’ll get it once on board in February.

Anyone else receive credit but told not posting to personalizer prior to cruise?

  6. did you have traditional dining and just decide to not use what you signed up for and switched to anytime dining for that night? If so, how does that work??

Yes, we wanted to see a show which conflicted with 1st seating timing but still wanted to eat the menu for that night. Her menu selected the night before was available in the other anytime dining rooms. You just tell your waiter.

  7. My friend is also unable to eat garlic. 1st complete that on your cruise personalizer. In the MDR the head waiter brought her the next days menu so she could select for the next day and be guided on what she could get without garlic. It worked out wonderfully. If we ate at the buffet she was told to look for anyone with the tall stovetop type hat to ask if garlic is in anything she was selecting. For example she loves guacamole however Princess uses a pre mix which unfortunately has garlic and can’t get prepared without garlic. One night we went to anytime dining and not our normal dining room and since she ordered her selection the night before they were able to see it in the computer and bring in a different dining room. We were on the ship for 14 days on the Ruby and it worked perfectly. They were so nice and accommodating to her. She also did this on a prior cruise on the Regal again with no issues!

It was also nice for us to see the next nights menu :D

  8. I just called to ask about the ***** email we received; we were told it's a great thing yada, yada, yada. But, you're not apart of it. LOL....I was put through to a very sweet young woman who was going to put us on the waiting list. We would lose our mini-suite with extended balcony, etc. I said no, perhaps we could get the OBC I read about on CC? I punted and decided to ask, why not?

She said sure, let me get Guest Relations on the line and work on that! I was on hold for approximately 12 minutes waiting to hear the verdict.

It is $100 per passenger! Plus, they are giving it to our friends who are sailing with us and basically know nothing about the *****!!

All I can say is that Princess came through like a C-H-A-M-P in Customer Service!!

Did it post to your Princess Personalizer yet? I called through TA on Monday and was given 100 pp but not posted as credit with Princess as yet.

  9. Thank you! Booked as 2 7 day cruises. Was hoping for $25 for each but should of known better.

The loyalty credit has never shown on the Personalizer, but as stated by others there will be a nice note in your cabin when you board telling you about the credit, and it will appear on your onboard account.

Seeing as you have a B2B, it may depend on how you booked it.

As an example: Some cruises, are available either as a single 14 day cruise, or as two separate 7 day cruises. This will also affect other OBC promotions, such as FCC or CCL shareholder's credit. If booked as a single 14 day cruise, there will still be two cruise credits, but they may be awarded at the conclusion of the 14 days. If this is the case with your booking then please have a conversation with the Captain's Circle representative onboard sometime before Day 8 of your cruise. Some have been noted here on CC to be nice enough to award the loyalty credit at the conclusion of the first 7 day "cruise" leg. If you booked the cruise as two separate 7 day cruises, then there should be no issue with the credit showing up in your cabin on the 2nd cruise (other than the impact to other OBC sources).
