That is correct. I am on about #30 and it is still available for use. Just do not forget about it because Carnival will not remind you.

Good deal. Definitely need to plan to use it on an expensive one so get most bang for your buck

Great videos.  I'm looking forward to more.  We love the Valor.  It's been a while since we've sailed her.  Did you sail over Christmas day?  We are booked on our first Christmas cruise Dec 14-21 next year.

Thanks and glad you are enjoying them. Hoping to get Day 3 finished up by this weekend.

We were not on Christmas day was actually the 16-21 so similar to dates you will be on. It was our first time cruising with Christmas decorations and those activities which was great.

It's been since Jan 2020 that I have cruised on a Carnival ship. I am sailing in February 2024.  I have a question: Do you still fill out the morning room service card and leave it on the outside of your cabin door at night?  Thanks for anyone taking the time to reply.😊

We will be on the Breeze in February and plan on doing a full review on the free breakfast room service. What ship will you be on?

You can also find the room service menu on the hub app. We cruised the Celebration in December and a few mornings had coffee, yogurt, bagels and juice delivered - no charge and delivery was within 30 minutes from calling every time.

Were you able to order it on the hub or had to call it in for the morning breakfast?

Looking forward to your review, we are doing this cruise for spring break with some extended family.

Curious why if you are from Houston you guys choose to sail out of other ports? We are also from the Houston Area and choose New Orleans for this next cruise simply because it was much cheaper than Galveston.  Not crazy about the 5 hour drive but it was worth it this time.

Glad you are joining in and watching. We did this one out of New Orleans as we got a much better deal than we could in Galveston at that time. Also we had never cruised down the Mississippi which is something we wanted to do as well.

The drive does suck sometimes we also have cruised out of Mobile and I posted a Thanksgiving one on here.

February will be out of Galveston for us. We typically look for best deal and then we enjoy going on different ships as well.

Will they bring you two at a time, or do you have to finish one, flag down the server, and then wait for the 2nd?

I recall reading here that with entrees they want you to indicate you are finished with the first before ordering the second one, so I'm curious if that also applies to starters and desserts.

On our December cruise on the Valor that was the case with entree only one served at a time. With apps and desserts they brought multiple at once.

  7. So I have organized and participated in Slot Pulls and we have always used a $1 machine. As anyone ever done a slot pull on a penny machine? I realize your winnings could have cents but we can donate that to St. Jude's. There seems to be so many more bonus opportunities on a penny machine.

Beautiful family! Thank you for posting these videos. I’ll be on Spirit in May and your videos are getting me very pumped up for the trip!

    Happy New Year!

    Ashley

Thank you. The Spirit is a beautiful ship and is one of my favorites we have been on now. Jealous that you will be doing an Alaskan cruise. That is our goal for 20 year anniversary.

Happy New Year to you as well!
