Has anyone sailed recently with Cheers and gotten smaller drinks when ordering? On our Facebook Group for my upcoming cruise a couple of people said they had heard that they were serving drinks in much smaller cups when ordering with Cheers, surely this is not true.....
Also, unless the bartender learns to know you, you order the drink first, then give your card. So they really don’t know if you have Cheers or not, until the end of the cruise. I’m planning to tip my bartenders additional in hopes of receiving good service and drinks :)

I hope not. I did hear that the bartenders actually give you better service and drinks when on Cheers, since we paid a lot of money for the program. Dunno!

I remember seeing an online price for a 7 day Royal Caribbean out of Galveston for $199 per person. It was about 24h before departure.

I remember them having a few different flavors of vitamin water. At least one or two of them are zero calorie/sugar free. I was getting those and a couple sugar free rock stars a day and then getting a shot of Grey Goose and making my own delicious low cal drink with the Cheers package:cool:
Great idea!

As mentioned, everything's from a can on Carnival. For diet sodas they have Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero, and Spite Zero.
Great! Glad they have Sprite Zero as well. Vitamin water has sugar right? Husband is a diabetic, that’s why we try to watch our sugar intake when we can.

There are sugar free rockstar energy drinks available. If you order a soda they usually pour it from a can into a glass of ice.

Hello! We are sailing on Breeze next month. We have paid the alcohol package, but also wondering what diet drinks other than water, sparkling water and Diet Coke from the fountain is offered? Anything in a bottle or can? I don’t care for the diet sodas from the soda fountain, prefer cans and bottles. Thank you!

I guess when you get to a Port, you will just turn off your airplane mode and you can use your cell phone and when back on the ship, turn back the airplane mode and I don’t have to pay the $5 again?

Then consider it a blessing and worth the cost to end up pregnant :-)
Absolutely! I would throw away the entire cruise for getting pregnant! But I would not mind getting some back for diapers :) lol

If you booked Early Saver, $500 seems high to lose.
If you were to cancel you should have to pay a $50 per person fee ( $100 assuming two of you, of course there could be 10 of you in multiple cabins)... and the rest of the deposit should be moved into an account that they will apply to any future booking. That is if it is done before Final Payment is actually due. After it gets much more expensive...
This sounds pretty good too! There is 4 of us. So we would need to pay $200 for them to move the reservation. Thanks again!

We cancelled a March cruise 5 days before the final payment date. Had already paid in full. Got everything refunded within 3-4 days except our deposit. We booked on a reduced deposit deal($99 pp) and of that we got $50 credit toward future cruise.

That sounds what I think will happen if I get pregnant before December... we have been trying for a long time, so I don't think it will happen, but I'm sure it will happen if we don't get to cancel lol

Thanks for the tips. It was an early saver. I will try to do more research on the insurance they provide :)

We have booked and paid (100%) of our February 2018 cruise. The final payment would be due in December, but we already paid. We did. It purchase the insurance ($290). What IF I get pregnant by December, can I still cancel and just lose $500 OR will we lose the entire payment since we already paid in full and did not get the insurance ? Right now if I go online and click cancel, it shows me I would lose $500 and I believe Carnival would refund the rest.
