Not sure what to make of this.  I put in a bid and wanted to modify it.  When I click on the modify/cancel button it brings up a screen showing that it is still pending, but there is nowhere to modify or cancel the bid.  I haven't seen this in the past and am not sure what, if anything, this means for me.  The cruise is more than a month from now.  Has anyone else seen this before?  TIA.

Just took a look at our itinerary (southbound on Radiance of the Seas), and see that our stay in Skagway has been amended to a 5 p.m. departure and we'll be in Haines from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., too.  Disappointed for sure.  We love Skagway...

Thanks for the review.  We've done the southbound Radiance in the past, and had it booked again for late August this year.  So disappointed, but there's always next year!  Looking forward to every step of your trip!

I called, they said it can't be done.  It has to be the same region of Europe.

I know that you can lift and shift Caribbean cruises between regions (east, west, south), using the same category cabin, same number of days.   Does anyone know if the same rule applies for Europe (Med to Norwegian Fjords or Baltic)?

This morning the chef asked me to hurry thru my breakfast and to meet him out on the balcony.  I was so excited... maybe there would be a mimosa waiting for me.  But, no... there was a can of paint. And a brush.  And a roller.  And I was told that I had to assist with structure maintenance.  WTH????  Maybe I'm going to be paid to sail on the VotS.  So confused....

When we went on Princess, the national park rangers sold the passport books and stickers, and a few other GB souvenirs.  I purchased them with onboard credit that I had no other plans for.  Now I'm hooked on collecting stamps and stickers every chance I get!

How is the FCC sent?  Postal service.... email.... some other way?  I had to cancel a cruise a couple of weeks ago, and am curious as to what I should be expecting.  We made a $500 deposit, so expect that we should be getting a $300 FCC, right?  Thanks!

I went online a few days ago to see what our points standing was following a cruise we took last month, and noticed that I couldn't see our booking for a cruise next year on the Meraviglia. The only booking showing up was the one we already completed.

Soooo.... I called MSC and was told that I needed to log out of my account, then click on "Login or Manage Booking" at the top right corner, then click on "I have an existing booking", then put in the booking number, etc. It got me to my future booking, but what a hassle. It didn't save the booking to my account, so I suppose I'll need to get to my future booking that way from now on. You might want to give that a try

We really enjoyed our MSC cruise, which is why we decided to book another when we got home. I just hope that they can get the website issues sorted out....

I'm really looking forward to following along on your trip, Andrew & family! We've taken the Radiance southbound 3 times (without the land portion) and loved it every time, especially Hubbard Glacier day.

I'm a bit flummoxed by your itinerary screenshot above, though. It looks like on July 20 you're both spending the night in Anchorage and sailing from Seward. Did they change the itinerary somehow?
