Hi group of 10 of us going on Celebrity Solstice next year, we on anytime dining how do you book for 10 people will only let me book for 8 and we all want to sit together for evening meal only. Thanks in advance 

Hi we stayed in cabin 18009 at end of May on Virtuoso had no issues with noise really, and would pick that room again, yacht club was amazing 🤩

Thank you for your replies it would seem that we are most likely able to use our obc for gratuties and any extra tipping if we so desire.😁

I agree with Dacruisebug tipping is up to each individual and should have nothing to do with anyone else, l think it is wrong how people think they can be nasty and rude when people ask a question about paying or not paying there gratuties. 
It is their business and nobody else’s.

Hi just a quick question can you use your obc to pay your gratuties, only told by my TA you can, but a guy on phone at celebrity says not.

Good luck with that l have been battling with them for nearly a week now, all they say is, it was a mistake they are no longer doing that package and they are well within their rights to cancel and refund. After a lot of hassle l finally got offered as an apology $100 dollars per cabin, and we had 4 cabins booked we were so disappointed but they were not budging and said they didn’t have to offer us anything as it clearly states in terms and conditions they can remove items that are a mistake at anytime. Really hope if you do battle it out with them you get a better response than we did.😕

Finally got in touch with Celebrity regarding the premier pass going missing off our booking, going to ring me back tomorrow he says underneath it it is saying error, Eventhough it clearly states we booked it, says they may cancel it or remove it from our booking but will try and find out, not very good practice if they don’t honour their mistake and just remove it without any communication.

Proper sucks had a feeling it was to good to be true.😕

Hi previously booked and paid for this at per cruise rate for 8 of us which worked out at a real bargain, been on my cruise planner and it has totally disappeared and not even coming up on packages, is this a glitch or can they just remove us off it still got my email as proof but that is all, anyone else noticed the same.😕

Hi l have just also booked the premier pass for 8 of us in total, for an absolute bargain price of under £25 pp. If this is a mistake surely they will have to honour it to all those with confirmation of purchase, like they did with drink package mistake on Royal Carribean. Sure hope so got my fingers crossed cause we never usually get a deal like that.

Does the thermal spa pass for the entire cruise get you access to the top deck 18 on Splendida or do you have to pay for that extra on top of the thermal pass. Thanks in advance.

Hi booked on Splendida round Dubai next week got 3cabins close together numbers 11173, 11175,&11177 are these cabins in a decent part of the ship and size wise are they nice cabins. Thank you for any information. 

Hi just booked the standard internet for my sailing on Splendida this month, l have the standard with 2 devices will l be able to FaceTime odd times back home to check on the family or is it only powerful enough for messaging through WhatsApp, never had internet before so not sure how it works

That’s great thank you for your quick reply, if it is around 8.30pm for the muster don’t know if we will be eating then think we on 2nd sitting whatever time that starts but sure we will work it out one way or another. 

Cruising out of Dubai port at 11pm the night we board, arriving early morning and transfer to ship all included in package, once we arrive and embark can we then get off the boat a few hours later to visit some places of interest before we set sail that night. Or do we have to stay on board all day because of muster drill, just fancied having a couple of hours off ship once we were sorted with cabins etc.

Hi just booked this cruise on Indy in Oct round Canary Islands,got a really good deal on 3 of the new panoramic ocean view cabins on deck 12 altogether 1820 to 1824, just wondering what these are like only not much info or pictures that l can get up and the few reviews l can find are not good just abit worried that l maybe picked the wrong cabins. 

Otherwise so excited to be sailing on her again any info would be greatly appreciated.

Cruising Dubai in February going with family just wondered if you are allowed to have a drink while sat in whirlpools, hot tubs up on deck can’t see any videos of people with drinks while sat in them. 

:DJust a quick question does navigator have a sports bar onboard and also is fizzy wine included in the deluxe drinks package. Sail next Friday and so excited.:D

Thank you for your prompt reply unfortunately we will not be walking we have a couple in the group that are elderly or disabled and unable to walk very far so looks like we will be taking the shuttle bus or pricing up taxis.
