Our travel agent always takes care of this for us and it's normally 30 days out. BEWARE.......always check your table as soon as you get on the ship. Last year we had a family of 10 people and upon checking our table it was set for 2! On our Odyssey cruise last month, we had a group of 4 and each couple was on opposite ends of the dining room. If this occurs, make sure you go to Guest Relations and they will get you to the right person to correct your problem.

We were on Wonder for the June 25th sailing and received a Daily Cruise Compass.

We were on the June 25th sailing on Wonder. The comedians were hysterical! Definitely worth seeing.

We sailed on Symphony June 18-25. Tried to reserve shows as soon as we boarded but the RC wi-fi in the app. kept kicking us out. By the time we were able to reserve shows, they were all booked. We went to a few, but we had to wait in the line for no reservations. Wish they would return to booking before you get on the ship. Too much commotion when you embark to try to reserve shows.

Shows were not cancelled on Symphony June 18-25.

I cashed in points last month and it took 2 days to show up in my account.

I applied OBC from my RC Visa for my cruise on Wonder in June 2023. It showed up on my account 2 days later.

I was able to access the Cruise Planner on my IPhone; however, not on my computer.

I have been getting that same message for the last 2 days. Obviously, they don't need our money for any "extras"!

I don't think itinerary was an issue. The cancelled cruise was Symphony out of Miami and I wanted to do Harmony out of Pt. Canaveral. I couldn't do the Lift & Shift to Harmony because it was out of a different port. However, I was able to keep the Symphony sailing for June 2022 with the 3 Jr. Suites that were originally booked. I'll just do Harmony in 2023.

We did a Lift & Shift on our cancelled June 2021 cruise to June 2022.. It had to be out of the same port and the same class ship as the original booking.

My Cruise Planner credits appeared on my credit card approximately 2 weeks after the cruise was cancelled. I've been waiting almost one month now for the final credit, which is for gratuities.

I did a Lift & Shift on my June 2021 cruise. I received about half of my Cruise Planner purchase credits on Friday, April 16th.

I booked the same cabana 2 weeks ago on Harmony 2022 for the same price, no tax. I believe there is a glitch in the new Cruise Planner program they have for Symphony. TA is working on getting it figured out. I did a sample purchase on other items and it was also charging a separate tax.

I just booked a Thrill Park Cabana for $699 for my June 2022 cruise. When I checked out, I was shocked to find they are now adding a tax ($83.88) to the purchase. I've never had to pay tax in the past.

Just went on the BOA website. It's always the way it has been on my website. Try to call early in the morning. I did when I had to transfer my rewards and I got a rep right away.

Go to "View My Cruise Points". When it directs you to that page, there is a box on the upper right hand side that says "Redeem my Cruise Points". Click on that box and it will bring you to the different choices in redeeming your points. I called and transferred my OBC rewards from my cancelled June 2021 cruise to my June 2022 cruise. It took 48 hours for it to appear on my RC account.

My TA attempted to Lift & Shift our cancelled Symphony cruise to one that was booked for June 2022 on Harmony. They would not do this due to the ship departing out of a different location....Symphony out of Miami and Harmony out of Orlando. I cancelled the Harmony booked for next year and rebooked on Symphony for June 2022. I was able to get the same ship and Suites as I had for this June.

Lift and Shift was discontinued; however, if your cruise is cancelled by RC you are able to Lift and Shift that cruise. You cannot Lift and Shift if it was not cancelled.

I also purchased a Thrill Water Park cabana and purchased entrance to the water park for the extra family members. I have been told it's not a problem. Not all family members will be in the cabana at the same time anyway.

Things are looking up! I received a credit today that was due from the "Kids Sail Free" Promotion. This was done on October 2nd, and was told it would take 30-45 days to receive the credit. It took 9 days!!!!!

Normally 90 days prior to departure. Of course in 2020 nothing is "normal"!

I received the email from Royal and also my TA. Got it for $42/day for my June 2021 Symphony cruise.

Just make sure you check your table as soon as you get on the ship. We had a party of 10 and the table we were assigned to was for 2!!!! Fortunately, they were able to make it a table for 10 by dining time.
