Not only are they small but unsafe.....every Princess ship we have been on you have to get there very early (at least 45 minutes early) to get a seat and just waste time. Also, there is almost never any Princess staff in there to prevent trouble over saving seats and then they let people sit on the stairs in the aisles which makes it difficult to navigate....one of the few faults we find with Princess....
It's funny that they seem adamant with their single floor low ceiling theater design

Yeah this is our princess cruise, do they close their theatres all the time?

They only have 1 floor of seats and very low ceiling, unlike other cruise lines (Royal, Celebrity, Costa) where they got a first and second floor balcony to seat more people.
In our recent cruise in Majestic Princess, people would line up for evening shows 1 hour before, and when we arrive 5-10 minutes before the show starts the close the doors and block other people from entering. People who insist on merely standing at the back to witness the performance still cannot enter. So they got small theaters limited seats, and yet they are gonna block people off from entering :(

Is carnival the one of the only cruise lines that offers that? Because when I search these programs mostly carnival seems to come out in the results

Yes, typically the Environmental Officer will escort the party to the after mooring deck where you can celebrate the person's life in your own fashion and drop the urn and flowers in the ship's wake.
Wow! I didn't know cruise lines allow that

Mine was Rhapsody of the Seas from Shanghai to Seattle May 2008. The whole cruise took 17 nights and 18 days stopping over Busan, Kobe, Tokyo, Hubbard glacier, Seaward and Ketchikan.

Wow, 7 years to post a review. World record?
Costa Romantica has been consigned to history, it is now Costa neoRomantica.
I spent 14 days on the neoRomantica last December, we had the best food and service from all crew members we hace ever had on a Costa ship. The AC worked perfectly even with temperatures of 35°C outside.
The only thing that was barbaric was having to leave the ship after such a wonderful cruise
I just created an account, and I cannot just leave it behind to be forgotten just because it was 7 years ago..

Your post adds no value to the conversation.
Oh I'm really sorry, I didn't know opinions are not allowed.

I cruised Costa Romantica in 2010 and it was terrible. First of all there was no air conditioning, it was broken. Crew and maintenance had nothing to do and advised us to put ice in the air vents hoping it would cool our room. Secondly crew members weren't the most polite, only the Filipinos were okay. Finally, I know the cruise line had nothing to do with this but the passengers were all so barbaric and racist.

Princess vs Celebrity
in Princess Cruises
Posted
In terms of interior, I would say that Celebrity has a more modern style while Princess is more regal. In terms of food, they are both the same quality.
