  1. Did "expedited" from the west coast to east (PA)- it only took 9 days from our mailing to our receiving them back.

     

     

    Was this recently? Currently waiting on expedited service and trying to see what current time frame is

  2. Hello! First time posting here! :) We are cruising in August on Empress of the Seas. I booked an excursion and decided I wanted to do a different one on that day, so I attempted to make this change online. However, it isn't letting me apply the amount paid for the initial excursion to the cost of the new one. My issue is that I used a VISA gift card to pay for the excursion, so having it applied back to the original form of payment will not work for me since I no long have the card. I sent an email to customer service, as i can never get off of hold on their 800 number. Anyone else experience this or have any insights onto how to get the original amount credited toward my new excursion?
