Just home from Ovation sailing September 30.   No paper compass, so I asked cabin steward.   He put one in our cabin each evening.   

We were on the Sun at the end of May.  No O’Sheehan’s, no Local.   We went to the sports bar twice, once just for drinks and once for food & drinks.  Food is served after 5 p.m. until late night.  But a VERY limited menu, and not really very good, IMHO.  Really did miss O’Sheehan’s.

Filling out the ArriveCAN App the second time is very easy.   All your previous info will be saved, and the new info is just date, time, place.

we are on the same cruise, and that last day is a puzzlement for sure.   Even a cruise all around Kauai, seeing the Napali coast and even Ni’ihau will only take a few or several hours, and, then what?     Donuts?    By the way,  are you from Chilliwack?

thanks for this information.   At least 3 of these movies are ones I would like to see!  We are on the Majestic sailing March 2, and like you, we are Canadian, so I have a couple of questions.   Was your cruise booked in Canadian dollars?   What exchange rate was used on board?   We’re you able to purchase, on board, coffee package, water package, and if so what were the charges?  Also do you have any recommendations about airport to port and port to airport transportation?  

Are you coming back? Waiting to see if you got on the ship.

Received an email from NCL about itinerary changes to our Canada New England cruise October 12, 2018. Disappointing because we booked specifically to see 3 Quebec ports.

Due to the Canadian Coast Guard implementing a speed restriction in the Gulf of St. Lawrence to protect Right Whales in the area there has been an itinerary change to the previously mentioned sailings.

Nice to see that you are following this topic. We may meet up again in another repo cruise. Michael & I booked the third leg of this itinerary this a.m. Over 15 months away but lots of time to work out the details of flights and pre/post activities.
