We’re sailing on Millie right now. Gazing upon her from The Hanger bar and restaurant in Juneau as this is being typed.
The video posted above is accurate. Here is what I can offer:
For example, I'm wondering if the showers themselves are just open to the main changing room, or are they in a separate stall kind of area?
There are 3 commode stalls and 3 shower stalls. Commode stalls are full doors. Shower stalls are glass doors that are frosted. I approached the door with a towel wrap and tossed it over the door. Maybe not 100% private, but it wasn’t uncomfortable.
Is there a bench right there by the shower?
Benches are near lockers. Just around the corner from the shower stalls.
Is there a shelf?
No shelf. Liquid soap and shampoo in the stall.
Are there towels in the room?
Big stack of decent towels.
Are there lockers?
Yes, with keys available at spa desk.
The stalls aren’t huge but definitely bigger than those in the cabins. Maybe not 100% private, but I wasn’t uncomfortable. Lots of counter space near the lockers. For your scenario,I’m guessing the changing rooms may meet your needs.
There is also a sauna, but I haven’t yet checked it out.
Hope this helps!
FYI, the changing rooms weren’t open embarkation night but were open the next morning.

I'm very much enjoying your pre-review review. We sail on 6/15, so we'll pass you in Vancouver. :-)
You'd posted a while back on our roll call regarding bore tides, and I did a fair amount of research, but sadly, we'll miss the big one by a day, as we start our Cruisetour 6/12.
I saw you'd posted a question about the changing rooms and showers, and I'm hoping to give you specific Millie information.
BTW, not only will we be crossing virtual paths in Vancouver, but we're also state neighbors. Hello from Greenville, SC! LOL

And either Millennium or Infinity at Juneau:
It's the Millennium. :) Love seeing the ships pop up on street view! You can also see the Millie in Ketchikan.

For our June cruise, we booked with HookedAdventures. I sent a few messages via their Facebook page, and they were very responsive. I think their price was about $100 cheaper than the cruise fare.

This trip report shows a tremendous amount of information on the Millennium Southbound last year:

The embarkation daily is toward the bottom of page 3.

We booked our upcoming cruise on Celebrity through Costco. I saw an upgrade to an AquaClass cabin that I wanted and called Costco directly. They got in touch with Celebrity to confirm availability and pricing. It was a pretty smooth process for us.
