Where is the Fulton parking garage?

im on Carnival Triumph out of New Orleans. We have been assigned to late dinner however my toddlers go to sleep at 8:00. I've had no luck getting Carnival to switch my meal time. What can I do? Please help?!? I don't want buffet for dinner!

we are thinking of going on cruise out of New Orleans around Halloween. My twins are only 3 and would be scared if the boat had a Halloween theme. Does anyone know if cruises decorate scary for Halloween?
