  1. Been doing low carb for a week and hv not lost anything. Do you think it could be because I have flavored vodka or 2 at night?? Other than that I stay under 20 carbs

    I have a really hard time losing weight when I drink regularly, so I try not to drink and diet. I've also read that you have to stay away from flavored alcohol because it's full of sugar. That could easily be your problem.

     

    Don't forget that you just started. Give it more time.

  2. I read somewhere that vodka is the recommendation for Keto. Crystal Light packets are a great idea that I'm going to try. I have a feeling that I'll be drinking a lot of vodka and Diet Coke on our upcoming cruise.
