A friend of mine has just returned from the explorer. Booked an inside guarantee and was upgraded to a inside plus. Really pleased with extra room. I'm on dream in January hears hoping for the same:):)

Looking at doing a Greek islands cruise next year. Have done mervigrillia last year as our first msc cruise but was not that impressed, especially the food. Looking at orchestra or sinfonia. Could any msc regulars recommend which is best.

Hi thinking of booking the 3 night dining package. If I get on the ship a d I am not able to get the dining times I want can I cancel it and if so will it go back as on-board credit or back on the card that I paid off?

We stayed st Barcelona house hotel just off Las rambles towards the port 2 no the walk to where you get the port buses. Excellent location , no e rooms and staff lovely. Would highly recommend it

We have not noticed any sort of disturbance from the crew area. The only exception is there was some noise from a loose item the first night when we had some decent side to side motion. The service area closest to us is an ice machine room. I'll check deck 12 today to see what is there. Presumably it would be the same on Oasis.

Looking rearward. We had our entire cabin crawl group of about 10 on here and everyone had plenty of elbow room. If we had more sun on our level I'd probably ask our room steward for a lounger or two

Santorini just get the cable car and wander around. Stop at a bar every hour and sit a d take in the views.

Venice get a tickets for the water buses and sit back and take in the views

If you walk to the top of last rambles , do a right walking past hard rock there are a few left luggage shops about €8 for a locker for the day

The drink deals Thomson offer attracts the lager lout type.

Cruised with Thomson on number of occasions and never witnesses any bad behaviour. Thomsons not my favoriteline as ships quite small but for entertainment and staff they can' t be beaten.

Wow... we never felt hostility in Jamaica. There are overaggressive vendors, yes. But hostility?

I am sure Jamaica isn’t the safest place for independent travelers, but in touristy places we never felt unsafe

I agree the Jamaicans have quite an aggressve manor in general but we never felt threatened on our trip. That said I probably wouldn' wouldn't get off if I went again.
