  1. We reserved a parking spot here for a 7 daycruise that we had in late April 2017 thinking it would be more convenient. Itwas more expensive but we were trying for convenience. We had also purchasedthe FTTF package with the cruise ship. This lot made my husband wait for aparking spot for over an hour. I spoke to Nancy at their customer service linei found online who was so rude to me twice. Their manager, Jennifer called meand said she was on vacation that day and would try to speed up the process. Nope,that did not work, it was almost like the parking lot attendants were purposelynot letting my husband in to park after i had complained because they wereallowing others to. Very frustrating and no one followed up with us or offeredany help after the initial calls. We will go back to using the Port ofGalveston parking, which we had been using for years.
