Has anyone been on this Excursion? 

Thinking of booking this Excursion but wanted hear if anyone has done it and how was the experience... 

We are also interested about this and if they offer grilled chicken also.  We went on a Shore strips Excursion Oct of 2018 and was offered Chicken as well it was the most amazing excursion but wanted to hear about NCL one! 

Yes And it works great! 

We dined at Ocean Blue on Encore in January and it was amazing! 

Does any one know if on this excursion  they offer grilled chicken too?

Hi  yes I did post on St Thomas too.. Figured I'd try here too.. Champagne Cat Cruise we did last October and loved it! Wasn't sure if enough time.. Thanks for the advice 👍

We will be on St Thomas from 6am to 1pm.What excursions has anyone done for that time frame? 

We will dock from 6am to 1Pm in January. Does anyone know what excursions will be available for that short time frame? 

We’ve done this twice. Great day and food is delicious. Do go to the top of Bird Island—the views are very nice. Highly recommend!

I've been wanting to do this excursion for years! Booked the second sailing for our NCL Oct 14 sailing. I go to the Soggy Dollar webcam almost daily and have already told friends to check it out the day we are there!

Our second time there will be 11/4. You will love it . I have web cam on my phone😍🤣

This our second Rebel Yell to JVD.. Absolutely loved it! I did message Claudia to tell her how many people are so excited and happy they are back up and running! She should be proud of all their hard work after Irma.... I can taste the Painkillers now!!!

Also for 10/14/18 sailing! I have been STALKING as it had NOT appeared I first believed that it had sold out....then called NCL shore excursions and was told that it was not in the system....may be due to still being negotiating it. Well, that was ALL I needed to hear and began refreshing my shore excursion page about once an hour and could not believe it when it showed up!

 

Bottom line....we have done this excursion three times in the past and it is still our FAVORITE! So we look forward to being on the Rebel once more and even more to that beautiful beach in Jost Van Dyke! SO glad that I did not have to hire a private boat as that was my next option! But for just the two of us - it was a LOT of money just to be able to go to one spot......if we were staying in Tortola I would not hesitate to charter. But for a 7:00 to 3:00 day.....it was hard to consider spending around $1000.

 

 

So right now, I am doing the HAPPY DANCE! And just wanted other folk to know that some Rebel Yell excursions are not available to book!

We too are so excited.. Been watching the excursions many times daily and this is our second time on the Rebel Yell! Last year in May was our first and we had a blast... Happy Dance yup! ;p;p;p😎😋After all the devastation I am so happy for Claudia and the Rebel Yell has made a recovery and resume her amazing business she loves😍

Both the Rebel Yell and the Ultimate Adventure to JVD opened up today for the Bliss Dec 01 2018 sailing...

I just saw it and booked rebel yell! Yay

By messinger Claudia told me they are up and running and NCL needs to set up the excursion.. Hasn't happened yet. There is a new excursion to JVD but on in flatable high speed boat! Just posted today

A new excursion showed up to JVD but on a inflatable boat.. No sign of rebel yell yet!

My mom and I did Creole Lobster Lunch back in Jan 2013 and I was having a difficult time finding my notes so I'm glad I found this thread! DH and I will be there in Nov on Serenade and I so wanted to take him on this excursion. Just sent my request and am counting down the days! Mom and I had an awesome time and the guys were so great with my mom who doesn't swim or snorkel.

I looked for a May sailing and didn’t see them listed, but last time I went they didn’t show up right away under excursions. They appeared maybe 2 months out.

Hi, I will be in the NCL Getaway in August. I'm not seeing the Rebel Yell as an option for an excursion at this time. Does anyone know if this comes up at a later time to book?

I sent Rebel Yell an email and they got back to me that they should be up and running by April..We cruise end of October and hoping to enjoy Rebel Yell to Jost Van Dyke!

I can understand the complaints about the Dawn. We have cruised on the Dawn three times, twice before the refurb and once after, all with Alain Magnier as Hotel Director. The artwork and decor in the MDR are hideous, and Alain just shakes his head about them. They won't keep me from sailing NCL again, and they may not even keep me from sailing on the Dawn, but they surely will keep me from visiting the Dawn MDR ever again. YUCK.

We noticed the Art Decor as being a bit strange but we love the Dawn before and after the refurb and will just have to accept it!;)
