I'm crusing in 7 days and havent gotten any in the mail yet so assuming they wont be coming and printed them. Sailed on RCCI a couple years ago and had to print those as well

The post office us quite a walk, best do what most do, and use the facility of the ship's Guest Services.
Didn't know they offered such service on cruise ships but I'm a newbie cruiser. Probably just do that and save the hassle
Thanks

Has your cruise ship of choice ended the serving fruit?
If this request is to source a particular type of fruit, then one can always ask the MD in your restaurant.
Living in new england i cant get fresh tropical fruit worth buying as its too far from the source. Hoping to sample some pineapple, papya etc. Best i get at home is canned

Was hoping to find some fruit at market in St John's. Be there on Feb 2nd and heard of a market near the port. Anyone have any recommendations? Also want to know if you can get the fruit cut up or do I have to bring my knife?

Be in St. John's in a couple weeks and want to send my friend a postcard but not sure how easy it is to find a post office near the pier. Anyone ever do this? If so was it a big hassle?

I don't know which ship you are on but many of the ships have restaurant reservations just to left of Guest Services.
Duh lol :')...Im on the Gem.
-
Only about 1/3 of the reservations are available to be booked beforehand.
Where on board do you make the restaurant reservations? It my first ncl cruise so want to go straight to make them first thing

Heard it can be hard to get reservations in the specialty restaurants at times. Traveling on the Gem next month and starting to feel like I should book now. I would rather wait till I'm on the boat but dont want to miss out either. Any shared experiences and tips would be appreciated

Cruising on NCL 2/3/18 to eastern Caribbean and due to the unfortunate disaster our itinerary has changed and we will be doing Antigua (st johns), st kitts, thomas and lucia. My fiance was planning to buy smokes on st martin since she bought them there last year, but NCL removed that port. Smokes were cheap ($20/carton) and the kind she likes (camel crush).
Does anyone have any idea which of those islands would be the best and cheapest to find her brand?

I will be cruising in February on the NCL Gem out of Manhattan and I'm currently making transportation arrangements. We will be returning on a Tuesday and want to know what time I could likely be off the ship and to Penn Station? I would be walking off the ship with luggage. Want to take a train that leaves at 11:30am as its the only direct train but it seems it could be cutting it close. The next trains are all with transfers which I would rather not do

My last (and first) cruise I took, upon disembarking, I couldn't help but notice that people in the customs lines would have guys with carts put peoples bags on them and take the bags and the people to a separate, shorter line. I think they would be called porters but I'm new to customs so I dont know. My question would be what ary they called and how much does thier sevice cost?

NCL Cabin Upgrades On Board
in Norwegian Cruise Line
Posted
I am aware of the bidding system for upgrading cabins on NCL and how it works, but has anyone ever successfully upgraded their cabin at the departure port or on board post departure? From what I gather, the days of free upgrades are more or less over. Has anyone had any success and if so, when was the upgrade given and how much did it cost?
