You’re having a sea day instead of Labadee. This was announced yesterday.
Thank you! That's what I wanted to know. It's weird that it's not showing as cancelled in the cruise planner, but we'll just roll with it.

They're only canceling a week at a time and any additional cancelations will come with a 3 day lead time
I understand that, but we're supposed to be at Labadee on Tuesday and haven't heard anything from RCI. I'll try emailing the suite concierge to see what they have to say.

We're sailing on Symphony this Sunday, and neither of us has received any kind of email. Is anyone else on this sailing? Do I need to cancel the reservations that we've made, or will it be automatically refunded? If we go to Coco Cay, will we have an opportunity to make any reservations, or will we have to take care of this on the ship?

We're not really worried so much as we're just staying aware of the situation. I feel like we'll be fine as long as we have all of the information we need to make a decision.

I would not be surprised if a few showed up to sell some trinkets they made while in jail.
I don't mean to make light of the subject because we'll be there in a couple of weeks, but whatever the reason for the stuff that goes on in my head, my first thought was "Toilet wine!".
Seriously, though. Thanks to everyone who's posting about the situation. We still have enough time to cancel if we must.

Hi, all!
We will be cruising from Port Everglades which will return on March 23. We'll be staying overnight after the cruise and we're looking for the most efficient way to get from the port to the Dollar Car Rental area of the airport. We're also wondering if this particular rental facility is onsite of the airport. Thanks in advance for your help!

That makes sense... Is there a significant percentage of wines that are only available by the bottle.
There were when we were on Harmony a couple of weeks ago. I'd say maybe up to a third of the wines were by the bottle.

Our poor bags are so garishly ugly that I'm glad they don't have feelings. Think the colors of the rainbow, but neon and turned up to 10. Very distinctive!

Bag in a bag, a bottle opener, key chain, medals, yellow highlighters, and a lanyard. I am a fount of useless knowledge.

When we made our reservations for CK, we indicated a time that was preferable for us and had no problems getting it.

Okay. Thank you! I'll ask when we get there to see if anything has changed.

Hi, all! I have done a search and was unable to find an answer to my question. We have The Key for an upcoming sailing and we are wondering where we go at the cruise port for priority embarkation. Do we enter at the regular line, or can we go to the Suites and Pinnacle area? This is our first time using The Key and not staying in a suite, so we want to go to the correct area (and not look stupid!).
Thanks, and happy cruising!

Never mind! I see it was a glitch. Figures. 🙃

I don’t watch Vloggers so I don’t know what you get from them? Is it just for entertainment purposes or to get information or both?
For us it's mostly to get information, especially if it's for a ship that we've not yet seen in person. We like to check out the various rooms to see if we're interested in trying something new, get restaurant reviews, and activities aboard this ship. We mostly watch:
Danny from HT
Don's Family Vacations
La Lido Loca
Chris Wong (fantastic channel!)

On Allure in November, we had most of our meals at Coastal Kitchen. One night I noticed that butter-poached lobster with a champagne sauce was on the menu and thought it sounded pretty good; it took every ounce of self control that I had not to lick the plate clean. It was easily in the top three meals I have ever eaten.

Take only the money that you're willing to lose, and have the discipline to get up and walk away when everything goes cold.

I think I already know the answer, but I will ask anyway: if flights getting cancelled keep anyone from reaching their cruise port, will they get a refund for their cruise or only if they have the supplemental insurance? That would be a tough pill to swallow.

I carry ours in my wallet. It's truly not a big deal; they're in there like the coupons that expired in 2018.

We are packed and will be on her Sunday! I'm so ridiculously excited I can barely stand myself. Help me to be less insufferable. 🤣

Here's a video of the progress being made at the new terminal. Enjoy!

We are booked on the Allure Nov 27th also haven't cruised since 2020 and are excited! I forgot there will be a new terminal so just now trying to figure out what our parking options are, etc.. We normally park at EZ Cruise Parking. If anyone has different or new parking information I would appreciate it!
We quite like Lighthouse Parking. They have elevated lots and you can choose covered or uncovered spaces. Discount codes are easy to find, and we have always found the staff to be professional, friendly, and polite.

Be careful with the scepter. It's actually the toilet brush from your cabin bathroom.

Hi, Becciboo! We received our upgrade 2 days out, because I remember that we had enough time to change out our luggage tags before the drive to Galveston the day before the cruise. Happy sailing!
