  1. I did the Kitchen/Galley tour on an EBTransAtlantic in 2010. It was pretty cool. Open to anyone I think.

Then wife and I went back and under / stage during a Baltic Cruise in 2015. Also very interesting. They use a lot of small spaces very effectively. This might have been advertised at the Gold/Platinum reception . . . which they only have on longer cruises . . . and which makes sense because there isn't much down-time on-stage during the shorter cruises.

And yes, I recommend "Art of the Theme" tours once or twice because the details are in the details.

  2. For what it's worth, we did a 3-day / 4-day B2Back on the Dream during late August, 2011. First cruise was right-smack-dab amidst Hurricane Irene which hit CCay pretty hard.

By the 2nd cruise, CM's had been on-shore at CCay for a day or so and had done a reasonably good job putting most things (NOT everything) back in order. Not perfect but Disney quality -- we were so grateful to reach the beach.

We were always in good hands and appreciated DCL's honest communications, best efforts and (obviously) high regard for safety.
