  1. Hello,

     

    My cruise was cancelled, and Carnival's notification email says a refund will be processed to the original form of payment within three weeks.

     

    The credit card I used to pay for the cruise is expired, so I will not be able to receive a refund that way. Does anyone know what the alternative refund method is? I tried to call Carnival, but you can imagine how long the wait is.
