Hi: I watched and watched for the Thursday weigh in and just got busy .. I am down 2 lbs , down past that next block of numbers!

My Whole30 ends Wednesday but plan on staying on course with eating healthy until our next round After Thanksgiving.. my son is on this with me and doing very well .. wish I had a teenagers metabolism...

Wow I didn't think I was this technically challenged! Couldn't find this thread all day! No email notifications....

Well since I just recently joined I'm guessing since last Thursday I lost 1 lb.. I'm On day 18 of Whole 30 plan.and have lost about 6 lbs since beginning ..

Was honestly hoping to be down 3 and past another milestone...

Since I'm new to this forum... we weigh and post result every Thursday?

I have 169 days to cruise... On day 12 of a Whole30 round. Hoping to lose 25lbs by February 24.
