The hotel we are staying at received a message that they are not allowing any checkin until 1. They had to receive special permission to transport passengers over early. Those passengers have to wait in a trailer until 1.

He just told us that it is not enough and asked for more. It happened last February in Port Everglades when we were boarding 10 day Celebrity cruise if it makes a difference.

Last year we tipped $2 per suitcase and porter said that it is too little. $5 minimum is good (that's what he said).

Did you ask him if that was adequate or did he just offer that info because he wanted more?

I've seen some great videos and reviews of an ATV excursion in Freeport. It looks like somethings DH and I would love, but I don't know how to go about booking it or even finding more info about it for that matter. Everything I've seen the people have booked through Carnival. Has anyone done it on their own? I'm coming in on RCI in January and it isn't listed as an excursion with them.

2 bottles of wine per stateroom. most have said they have been able to bring a case of water no problem.

That was a question that I was looking for the answer to. I'm assuming you would need to check it with the luggage? The water I mean, not the wine.
