I would say its not because the one I saw includes a boat taking us out to snorkel with the kids in shallow water. I'm not sure to what area though. I will definitely look at the link you have posted, thank you so much! The prices are lower and that's always a good thing.

I've been to Coz a few times but never tried Chankanaab, we've always gone to Paradise Beach. Does anyone know how much taxi would be from Punta Langosta pier? We won't be there until April. We have 10 people in our group so would need a van taxi. Any help is appreciated!

That's so great for you! Very happy that NCL worked that out. The same happened to me on Royal Caribbean as well except instead of a credit, I received a followup survey asking how the Customer Care team did on their followup to me. Problem was I never heard from anyone! I guess they considered my issue closed and I have not heard from RCCL since. :(

I wondered that too before I went since I would be the one driving my group. You can use Google Maps Streetview and it will show exactly what the route will look like.

We had 5 people on our trip, we just returned and Fulton Parking was a great choice. Even though I paid $8 rooftop parking, I was still able to park on Upper Level 7 which was still covered. They didn't ask me to drop off my family or luggage when I pulled in, I just went straight up to park. I could see why they would ask this though since my group and our luggage took up one elevator and there were two groups behind me and there were only two elevators for the entire garage. Luckily for us, we were on a short 4 day cruise so it wasn't very busy and at 12 noon, there weren't many people parking yet.

Also on our return, they asked that only the driver went up, but no one else was going up and it was just my group so we all went up in the elevator and left and was out of the garage in no time.
