My husband and I will be cruising the Douro on the AmaVida in October. Does my husband need a sports coat for evening attire? He has always needed a suit or sports coat on our ocean cruises. How dressy are the Captain’s Dinners on AMA?

I have the same question. We also use our Chase Sapphire Reserve card for all travel purchases and have been purchasing an extra medical insurance policy for all international travels. My husband and I are both over 70 and live in Virginia. I am now considering purchasing Medjet’s annual policy for all international travel as well. What are you thoughts on that?
