Sailed last month and was supposed to get on board credit and also matched  loyalty plan and did not receive the match after we had sent everything in and was approved prior to cruise. When I asked on board we were told to call after we got off ship ?  Hard to receive your loyalty perks or spend on board credit after you get home, lol.  They have lost their mind, going back to Carnival as fast as we can.

we are leaving on MSC Cruise April 3rd in 15 days and have been assigned a cabin yet and cannot do online check in with our a cabin number, any ideas other than call. Called last week and they said wait a few days .  Have got email wanting us to bid on upgrades but still nothing about a cabin

Can anyone please advise me what Movie’s will be in the IMAX theater week of December 5th, anyone that has just got off Horizon in the last month.

We have done it several times and nver asked. They seat you as you come in so be hard for them to save a table till you showed up.
