This is crazy last November we booked a 10th floor Ocean view balcony room on Harmony for $1500. Booked ocean view balcony on Symphony this November for $2000 with $200 on board credit.
Was looking at Symphony again for next year, and prices are now, $5000 for a similiar room. Talk about sticker price shock, I have no idea what is going on here.

Was just on the Anthem, and the beds are still hard. Royal got rid of foam toppers due to bed bugs. Our room Stewart created a topper for us using a couple comforters, bed was still to hard, but better than before. We booked JS on Anthem for the advertised mattress and found them extremely hard about 2 years ago. Good to hear they have changed them out. We tried addressing it onboard but there is only so much they can do. On recent AD bed was firm but not as hard as the ones they had on Anthem.Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk

The way she found mine was because it had a longer cord around 3-5ft. I have another one that has a shorter cord, and she didn't spot that one.

Power strips of any kind are no longer allowed on Royal Caribbean. They took ours away stating it's a new policy, that just went into effect. It doesn't matter if it does not have surge protection.

It probably sold out, we wanted a 5 night dining option, and it disappeared to. Called royal and they told me that option has sold out. A month later the 5 month option was listed again, I just canceled my previous dining option and booked the 5 night one.

Sailed the Harmony last March, and November. Both times there was always a long line waiting to get into MDR with MTD. Lines were about 15+ minutes probably linger, not sure since I would easily get bored, and head to the bar. Order a few drinks while my wife waited in line, on the way back I get her one too knowing her patience would be wearing thin.
Although we noticed the later you went the shorter the lines were.

Have a family members vacation home that we use. He wasn't able to go there for a couple of years. So he asked me to change the air filter when we got there. The airfilter did not look like anything like the one OP posted. Looks like his filter hasn't been changed in a long time, probably over two years old.

Im also on the Jun 14 Anthem as well, me and my wife are looking for something other than walking old san juan. We went to some beach years ago, and it wasn't that great. So we decided to give Vivo beach club a try. Since my wife doesn't want to do the hand gliding excursion.
While trying to get some info on the beach club I noticed Carnival charges $30 less for the same excursion, and $50 less if you don't want the lunch option.

When we sailed on the Allure, we also had safe issues, where the safe would not open. Called down and had someone come check the safe out. She opened it up and said it was fine. We ended up having the same issue 4 more times. Tried each additional time to get the safe replaced, but they kept on saying it was fine.
There were times where we were trying to get off the ship, but couldn't. Since we were unable to get our id's and money. A few times we waited 45 minutes for someone to show up. One good thing is we use a travel safe that we put all of our valuables in and locked it up, than put that into the safe. So far it has worked out for us without any issues.

I got the internet and deluxe drink package few weeks ago for $57 a day. Will be sailing in June on the Anthem 9 night cruise. The sale they had a week before the memorial day sale was better.

It's usually a 72 hour sale, that is cheaper than their regular sails like the attached is a pic of a flash sale that is currently going on in Australia.Never heard this term before. Could you tell me what a flash sale is?I last year I booked my Harmony of the Seas on one, received a balcony room for $1500 for two people including taxes and fees.

Yeah the 15 limit sucks on Carnival, one thing I always wonder, is if the drinks are watered down. At home I could never drink 15, and keep walking. On a cruise I can do 15 easy through out the day, and still be fine.

A tip I learned from one of the staff members with the pizza. Is to ask them to put it back into the oven for a few minutes, and make it crispy. It's a night and day difference.oh I forgot to mention, I finally had the pizza after the comedy show. It's ok. It's thin and soggy, like a Celeste microwave pizza or something. But it is cheesy and there's nothing else open so. .. It's good enough.I think the comedy show ended at 1230 and the line was out the door for pizza!

The best sales are the flash sales, these other sales look good but actually cost more in the end.

I've eaten at both a bunch of times. Wonderland has some weird food mixings, and you need to be open with that. My wife really didn't care for it, it wasn't her thing. 150 Central Park is amazing the food has always been good there. We like it so much that we save it for our last night of the cruise. The food there has never disappointed us.
Another option is to log into your cruise planner and buy the BOGO dinner offer. Where you get two nights for the price of one.

I use to check randomly as well for price drops. I found an app called Ship Mate.
The app allows you to add your cruise paid, or unpaid to it. Once added you can select your cruise than go to the price alert tab. Within here just enable that categories you want to be alerted for example, Oceanview, or Balcony by email anytime there is a price change.
Link to the app within Android Play Store.

Might just have to wait till the next sale, which will definitely happen again. I had a similar issue with the site. I just called Royals 800 #, and booked the beverage package that way.

When I was on the Harmony, I saw a few people within the smoking section with cigars using the torch lighters. Didn't know the were banned on board, but people still had them.

On the Harmony in March it was a la carte, Allure in June it was not anymore.I believe Sabor was a la carte when it first arrived on Allure.Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk

Don't get the Chicken Quesadilla, wife ordered that and said it was horrible. It didn't look good either, seemed like a cooked frozen meal.

Ha! While waiting on the booking to be finalized a D5 on 14 opened up. Got 14725 and 724 (OV balcony and Boardwalk Balcony directly across from one another) for a COMPED UPGRADE! Anyone have experience with these rooms? With the Boardwalk balcony so near the back of the ship, will they have an ocean view or be able to see the Aqua Theatre? New to Royal and the Harmony. Appreciate any input!

You'll should be able to to see the aqua theater from there. If not there is a deck I believe at the end of your hallway overlooking the theater.

You are right we did have a sofa bed, and our room could sleep 6 people. We had two bunk beds, a king size bed, and a convertable sofa bed.Sounds like you had a sofa bed, and therefore cabin was able to sleep 3-4. OP didn't state cabin number - may not have a sofa bed; could have just a sofa or love seat.Sent from my SM-N950U1 using Tapatalk
