I feel so sorry that the Grand Case restaurant was destroy. We had tour with Capt Bob in March 2013. We really enjoy the trip with them and love the food they serve. Normally my husband does not like fish. But he still remember how tasty the BBQ Maui they served. We booked the tour with Capt Bob this coming Christmas. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled by airline due to airport damaged by Horricane, Therefore, we were forced to cancel our cruise and tour with Capt Bob.
We are looking for going back have tour with Capt Bob again.

Having used Captain Bob for a very enjoyable trip in the past (March 2013), we had booked with him for our cruise out of San Juan at the coming Christmas time again.
Unfortunately post hurricane issues at the San Juan airport led to our carrier cancelling our flights. We ended up having to cancel our cruise and our trip with Captain Bob.
Captain Bob was very understanding and prompt with our deposit full refund right way. If only Royal Caribbean was as understanding and treated their customers as well..
After our trip was cancelled yesterday, We already have been looking for going back St Martin to have excursion with Captain Bob next trip.
Rhino Riders refuses to refund my money!!!

I agree with you. This misleading title thread need to be removed and created a new one with correct title
