They do have a VIP section with a European wheel. I don’t gamble that much to get in there though. So I don’t know what the requirements are to get into VIP. I assume just like any land based casino if you’re making the bets, they’d be happy to try and take your money. I can’t imagine that they would limit it based on loyalty or room type or any other discriminatory. Money is money no matter who it comes from.
