I tried calling carnival and was on hold for 45 minutes, it seems customer service is very busy so I figured I'd check here to see if anyone has done it.

If you cancel your cruise before the final payment will you get the money back you paid for carnival vacation protection insurance?

We booked a 9 nights in October from Florida.
Hopefully the PCR tests won't be required at that time.
Let's hope testing will disappear when vaccines numbers are high enough by then.

We are looking into medical\travel insurance with covid coverage because the plan we have now will not cover travel to other countries because of the travel advisory by the federal gov. Looking for suggestions.

I am checking into booking a cruise out of Florida and looking for anyone who went thru the experience lately?

Why wouldn't you bring the soda when you board at embarkation?
It's cheaper and you can bring a case. You can pack it in a carry on.
Just a suggestion.......
Happy Sailing!
We will be flying in a couple of days before our cruise and plan on doing a little shopping, so we could pickup a case of soda and strap it to a carry on or carry it on in a cloth shopping bag.

Is it allowed to bring your allowed limit of can drinks or juices back to the ship in Nassau, and if it is are there any stores close to where we dock? Are the prices reasonable?
-
If you have the bottomless bubbles package is there soda fountain dispensers throughout the buffet area or any where else where can you help yourself?

Thanks firemanbobswife. I want to keep it safe.

Thanks for all the ideas.
Is there any way to secure and dry a couple of items on a balcony besides putting them over a chair?

Our first cruise is coming up in January and was wondering if there is a clothes line in all or any of the Carnival Liberty bathrooms. We will trying to pack only 1 carry on luggage and 1 personal bag each and will be flying in a couple of days before our cruise and leaving the day after. I was thinking just in case we need to wash and dry a item or 2 if we could just hang them to dry overnight.

Thanks Candi and all other replies.
I'm not sure how much tv I will watch but it is nice to know there is news channels available.

Since this is our first cruise we were wondering what is shown or available on the cabin tv screens on the Carnival Liberty?
Is it just ship info or is there cable channels to watch?
I would like to keep updated on world news and events without having to rely on any internet plan if possible.

We will be taking our first cruise in Jan. and plan on staying in Orlando for a couple of days before our cruise. We are in our sixties and hoping to do a little shopping,we will be using uber/lyft to get around or walking if possible. Can anyone suggest a hotel or area that has a Walmart and shopping mall close by?

Talked to customer service and said vacation protection it is not refundable even before final payment date. They did tell me to talk to resolution department to see if they can do anything. So when I have time to call (put on hold) I will call again. It is hard to get in touch with carnival in these times.
