Anyone have any experience with a NYE cruise and if they have a special menu in Main Dining Rooms that evening?
Thank You!

Hi! Excited to sail for NYE for the first time! We have sailed a lot but never NYE. A couple questions for anyone who has sailed on NYE, is there a special dinner menu in the main dinning room that evening? I’ll be reserving our specialty dining and don’t want to schedule if there is something special that evening. Do they hand out any noise blowers or tiaras or should we bring our own?
Thank You,
Tammy

Question, is anyone in the original (before being reclassified) Club Suite Spa Balcony? Are they honoring the Spa Pass if you booked before Oct?
Thank you

Yes, 2 separate specialty dinners. Only 1 comes with the bottle of wine. They will give you a wine menu (limited) for you to choose from.

I tried to book for our large family going in June but it said sold out. So I tried booking a few smaller groups and got us all in! So glad I tried again!

We will be on the Canada/New England cruise in Oct and we stop in Portland. This is a tender port and was wondering if we are scheduled to dock at 10:00, what time is realistic to get off ship? We are platinum and have priority disembark. And how long is the tender over, approximately? Trying to schedule a tour that can start at 11. Is this doable?
Thank You,
Tammy

Neebie to the Haven, did you need to make reservations for the Haven restaurant for Breakfast and dinner?

$249 / person if you pre-book its $269 / person once on the ship.
Another question if you don't mind, was there an area in the theater for Haven guests and did you still need to make reservations? Thank you again!

You already have the more limited access experience that the SPA has to offer. We even made a comment at times that we could have just as easily when to the Haven pool, hot tub, or top deck hot tubs.
I just did it last week (simply because when I moved to the Haven I saved over $1000 vs my original planned cruise with Disney).
I will say that the big benefit of having the Spa Pass was to make us slow down more, not be in search of something to do, and just relax more. I will say most days after the SPA we then went to the Hot Tubs on the top deck afterwards.
I don't think we would do it again but it was nice to have on this specific cruise to reinforce relaxation and calm as opposed to being in the hustle of the ship.
What was the cost of the pass for the week? We've always done the Spa Balcony cabins so I'm not sure of the rates. I called and the person from NCL had said it was $498 per person?? I'm thinking she was mistaken and that's for 2.

Thank you for your replys! We have always gotten the spa passes but with being in the Haven for the 1st time, I was thinking we would utilize their hot tubs and amenities and may not get our money's worth by getting the passes. I'm just excited to be cruising again and being in the Haven for the 1st time!

If in the Haven, is getting the spa pass worth it? On the Encore.
