  1. Thanks, that was the problem, they responded to me today and it was all sorted out! We used a travel agent, do she made a new latitudes number for him, but mine linked. We for it resolved and it was super easy, once I got in touch with NCL! 🙂

  2. Last summer, my husband and I were supposed to go to Cuba but that itinerary got moved to the Bahamas due to travel restrictions. Norwegian said they were going to give 50% of our cruise fare as future cruise credit. Well, we booked a cruise to Alaska on the Joy for our fifth anniversary for July. I was able to call and have them apply the credit to my trip, but they say they can't find one for my husband, even though we were on the same reservation in the same room. I contacted customer service but they said 4-6 weeks for resolution. Has anyone else dealt with this, or had their Cuba credit missing? And if so, has it been fixed? We booked this specific trip because we had some credit to make the cruise more in our budget. 😭

  3. We were also supposed to be on a Cuba cruise. We never even considered cancelling, because for the 50% refund and the future cruise credit, along with finally just getting to take a vacation, that was what we really wanted. I think it's a personal opinion and choice, but for us there was never a question about going. We are just happy to relax and get away from every day love for a few days.

  4. I'm going on a cruise to Cuba on the Sky in July. I know that Norwegian had made the switch to paper straws, and I would like to be more environmentally conscious, but I have very sensitive teeth. Can anyone recommend a good reusable straw to bring with me on the cruise? 🙂

  5. I went on a Western Caribbean cruise in December 2017 with Norwegian out of New Orleans. The weather was amazing, hot enough to enjoy the pool and beaches, but cool in the evening. It was the best cruise I've been on and the stops were great, and the ship wasn't packed. It was before most schools got out for winter break, so there were less kids on board. I wore shorts every day, but needed a sweater or jacket at night some nights. The water was a little rough at night a few times, but I'm pretty sensitive to that and it wasn't too bad.
